The ceiling grid is awesome, whoever complained about the lack of tiles is an idiot. Also, I come here a couple times a week, always delicious, and a good price. 10/10 would recommend.

I ordered the Sonora style burger, wasn't as flavorful as you would expect

You can get a table but you can't get service. Multiple waitstaff will walk past you and never acknowledge you. 15-20 minutes multiple visits is an exceptionally poorly run restaurant. It was basically a diner seating and it seemed clean so that part was okay but if you actually want to eat food go somewhere else. No one cared when we walked out without having anyone but the guy seating us giving us the time of day. Would not recommend. Would not go back. Also, the prices were high for what you get bases on what I saw on other people's plates.

I asked my family to try The Bisbee Cafe, because the one by my house was fresh and delicious and the atmosphere clean and nice. The one on Wimont needs some work. The potatoes were not fresh country potatoes and the D potato cakes were terrible, very over spiced, not tasty at all, the biscuit was dry. One good thing though the waitress was great ??

Great breakfast, food is about the same as the original, just missing the old town feel. Copper queen skillet for the win.

The service was great. Food was not. The waffle was barely warm, and the pancake was hard to cut and chew. The sausage was good.

First time here for breakfast. We both had burrito and home fries. Home fries way too highly seasoned. Burrito good but nothing special. Green chili good. Would not drive across town to come here for breakfast again.
