BJ's Brewery is a pretty typical chain restaurant. It used to be way better than it is now. They cut their menu down after COVID and it has never been the same. It is expensive and the food is just okay. The service is usually fine but can be really inconsistent. It can also take a really long time to get food. On two occasions we waited over an hour for our entrées. They have good beers and mixed drinks at least. If you are going out for food, there are better and less expensive restaurants to choose from.Parking: BJ's Brewery is located in a plaza with a lot of free parking.Kid-friendliness: This is a kid friendly establishment. They even have a kid's menu.

Just finished eating lunch. My server was Leo (as told by the hostess in the front). He was not super friendly or cordial like my typical experience eating out. When it came time to pay I assume he thought he would get a substantial tip but I tip based off the service provided. I put the cash down and told him he could keep the remainder to which he replied oh thanks. When he walked back to the server station I don't think he cared that I could still see him. He proceeded to throw a bit of a tantrum crumbling up the receipt and rolled his eyes and scoffed under his breath. I was never allowed to collect my copy of the receipt in order to add it to my points account. So this experience was a waste for more reasons than one. I tried asking another waitress for the receipt and was told he can print it. I continued to wait and nothing. Eventually I had to leave. This waiter really has left a poor taste in my mouth. If I happen to get seared again I will request ANYONE ELSE. He really needs to be trained on how to be more professional and nice to other human beings. Especially in his line of work.

Worst meal I ever had and the Manager was horrible. After a long day of sightseeing, we were starved. I ordered the TriTip Wedge Salad. The meat was so tough it couldn't be cut or chewed. Two wedges of iceberg lettuce with very little toppings. Basically tasted like watery iceberg lettuce. For $18.95 I was not happy. Expressed my disappointment to waitress. She said she'd have manager talk to me. I explained my disappointment. His only option for me was to get another piece of meat and more toppings. After 20 minutes when my 3 friends were about done eating, they brought me a new piece of meat....it was not sliced, it was nearly raw and I couldn't cut or chew it. I once again complained at which point they asked if I wanted something else. Since everyone was done eating and I was so disappointed, I finally ordered a bowl of chicken tortilla soup as it would be quick. A small bowl for $8.95 but better then nothing. They offered nothing for my frustration and bad meal...I was charged for my over priced soup. Everyone else's meals were good, but how I was treated after being served a meal that was not eatable will keep us from ever eating here again. The manager really needs to learn what customer service really means.

The food is good, but the place is dirty. There were crumbs on the table where they seated me, and wrappers under the table. The water glasses felt grimey and had little bits of gunk stuck on them. The plates of food came out with food splattered on the bottom. I talked to the manager and out of four meals, only one meal was taken off my ticket. I may return to BJ's, but certainly not this location.

Kayla was an outstanding server. Everything was prompt and delivered with a smile. The food was top notch. We had the salmon ? and couldn’t be happier with our decision. We’ll definitely be back to BJs.

Talk about EXEMPLARY customer service... Late Sunday afternoon I persuaded my wife we should have a BJ's pie and wedge salads for dinner. After all, we had two $10 rewards for dining often at BJ's. HOWEVER, when it was time, I placed our order not at the closest BJ's on Oracle, but BJ's on Broadway. Of course, my error wasn't revealed until I arrived at the Oracle location for pick-up. My wife was expecting me back within 15 minutes...and driving across town was not part of the plan. My call to BJ's on Broadway was handled empathetically by the Manager, Christian, who offered a refund if I wanted to re-order at BJ's on Oracle. At the Oracle location, Manager Chad turned out our food quicker than I could finish my Nutty Brewnette at the bar. AND reinstated my two $10 rewards. Above and beyond service, for sure!

Cool place. Anyways here's a recipe for brownies:Butter (½ cup)2 eggsSugar (one cup)Cocoa powder (⅓ cup)Vanilla extract (2 tablespoon)Flour (½ cup)1. Preheat: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.2. Start mixing: Start your brownies by mixing sugar and butter in a bowl. Once they are fully mixed, add your egg. Then add the flour, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.3. Bake: Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Take them out and let them cool for one minute and they are ready!

We were at BJ in Tucson on Broadway, yesterday 4/7/24.The menus were disgusting. They were sticky and covered in fingerprints. Mine had food particles on multiple pages. I requested and received finger naps to clean my fingers after touching the menu. the waiter was not surprised at all about the condition of the menu or my request for cleaning cloth for my hands. On the way out there was food and other items on the floor. by empty tables. This place has gone downhill.Oh and the coleslaw was ridiculous. I would have needed a knife to cut the cabbage into edible pieces and some dressing to choke it down.Previous Review 9 months agoSadly disappointed it our last vist to BJs. We don't go every week so it is a treat when we did go. We went Friday before Fathers day for Prime Rib. My steak was Cold, Served on a Cold Plate. The broccoli was raw and terrible. My Wife had a steak that was completely over cooked. She ordered mushrooms to go with hers. They too were Raw and Cold. My draft root beer was in fact warm in a warm mug. She was sick for 3 days after.

Placed a take out order on April 4. My food was not ready at the promised time even though I received a text message saying my order is ready for pickup. When I arrived at the restaurant, the first person I talked to said they are packing up my order. After 10 minutes, I asked about my order again and was told by a second person that they are packing up my order. After another 10 minutes, I asked again about my order, and a third person told me that it is being packed up. I finally got my food 30 minutes after the promised time. Clearly, the people lied to me when they said that my food was ready and is being packed up. When I asked why I received a text message saying that the food is ready for ready pick up when in fact it wasn't, the lady at the restaurant said they have no control over when that text message is sent because the system automatically sends out a text saying the food is ready at whatever the pick up time is! This restaurant has no consideration for their customer's time.

This is the first time I visited BJ's. I ordered the fish and chips with fries. They should of called it overcooked fried coating with flakes of fish. It was so hard I couldn't eat it most of it. I even had my spouse try it. Paying $19.95 wasn't worth it. Not recommended. The waiter was awesome. Good atmosphere. Wish it was better because I liked the restaurant.Parking: plenty of parking

We showed up to BJs for a late dinner. The front door staff did not greet us. However we were sat in minutes. Several staff walked by us and we smiled hoping that someone was going to offer us some water. It wait longer than expected just to be greeted. Joe the server came over and apologized right away. He took our ordered offered recommendations and other things to try. He check on us serial times and made sure our drink were full. We could see how busy he got but him acknowledging us made the experience better. The burgers were good just not great.
