Bought a large boba milk tea yesterday, and check out the photo i posted its 65-70% full. I was about to let it pass, but the taste is to sweet and has a little boba :(. Anyways hopefully they could improve in the future its $8 drink and got dup on serving. Skip on this for now.

Fast and friendly service. I hate tipping boba places which is already overpriced to begin with. Just pay your employees well especially you charge so much. Anyhow, I ended up still tipping. We ordered Thai Tea boba and Green Tea Boba. Both were lacking flavor. This second time this happened to us. I hope they fix this issue.

Honestly they need to edit the store hours on here. It's a little past 4pm and on Google it claims they're open til 7, yet here we are, no employees at all and they're closed. I'm so confused, their hours are never correct and it's not a holiday yet, this is about the 4th time I've wanted to stop for boba and had them either closing before 7 or already closed. Craziness

Great flavors! Overall pretty quick service too and the prices aren't too bad and not to mention the place itself has a very nice vibe to it. Overall very nice place and very interesting when it comes to drink names. My personal favorite order is a blonde with strawberry popping bobas.
Our encounter at the establishment was starkly marred by an egregious display of discourtesy and mismanagement from the staff, notably from the blonde girl at the counter. As we approached with the intention to order, she did indeed acknowledge us, but almost immediately, our experience took a nosedive. To our bewilderment, she indifferently informed us that they were out of Boba, which was already a disappointing start given its significance in their offerings. Yet, what followed was even more astonishing and frankly, unacceptable. Just as we were about to navigate our order around the absence of Boba, she inexplicably allowed the subsequent customers to cut ahead of us, flagrantly ignoring basic principles of fair and orderly service. The overall service was not just subpar; it was flagrantly rude, disorganized, and inconsiderate. Such stark rudeness and blatant disregard for customers not only sullied our immediate experience but also decisively dissuaded us from ever considering a return visit. Consequently, the distasteful behavior from the staff has not only lost them our patronage but compels us to share our unfortunate experience widely, warning potential customers of the incredibly poor service that may await them.

This is pretty boring boba. Staff was nice and helpful, but it was nothing special and very flavorless. It was inside a mall so I can't say much about the ambiance, but it was a cute looking store! I think if you don't want actual tea or boba then maybe their other drinks are alright. They probably got decent slushies.

Waited for a long time. Ordered a Taro Smoothie and it was completely watered down did not taste like taro. The top half was a smoothie but the bottom was water.

This is my 3rd time here. Who ever is "anna" or "Jackie" your employee COREY and the girls are shamelessly talking about you from the counter I have never seen kids so lackadaisical about their jobs. Corey is here talking about coming in on his day off right there in front of me they ALL had their backs turned to me I had to ask if you were closed before they turned around they ABSOLUTELY saw me standing there, this is an open cashwrap.Great product but these kids you hire don't appreciate their jobs this is the 3rd time Ive experience shyt service here wont be back. They act like this is their private hangout and are bothered to take customers.
