It’s clear they changed ownership some time ago and as a result the quality of the food went into the toilet. They used to have the best fried rice, great rice noodle dishes…many other quality dishes. Then one day, different people greeting you and taking your order and the food became bland, soggy, not fresh… all around unappetizing. I tried three times under the new owners, thinking maybe it was an off day, but no. Bad all three times. It also smells faintly of sewage inside now which doesn’t help the appetite, even if you’re just getting carry out.Very sad. It used to be so good.

I’ve been here 4 times total but I probably won’t be going back. The first two times the food was pretty good, but the third and fourth times, it was just bland. I got the Singapore noodles and there was virtually no flavor on them. The top layer was a very light yellow, and underneath they were white. They were also chopped up and soggy. The only flavor on them was salty. It feel like this restaurant totally dumbs down the food for Americans. Maybe some people do like bland, light colored, soggy, chopped up noodles, but if so, why would they be going to an Asian restaurant? I gave them two stars because once I added my own sauce to the noodles, they were edible. I wouldn’t recommend this place, and I won’t be coming back.

Good food and fair prices, (especially the lunch specials), and super friendly front staff make this my go-to place in my neighborhood for quick, affordable noodles and more.

Good fast Chinese food. Ive tried ordering online twice and when I arrived they had said its best to call in to order and that the online orders tend to show up last. ? But the food is good and the lunch special is worth the price.

New to the area and have been looking for a nice Asian restaurant and finally found it! Everything I have tried has been amazing! The customer service was wonderful as well. The hot and sour soup hit really close to home and really had a nice balance to it.

I ordered food from Uber Eats as I always do but, unfortunately I got diareah from ordering the following ... 1. Crab Puff 2. Cucumber Salad 3. War Won Ton Soup .. My ass is having a complete war right now with my toilet. OMFG, not the way I wanted to start the new year. The chef must be pissed off he had to work today. Will I be ordering again from this restaurant No No No Eatting Taco Bell never ever made me shit myself but. Brother Noodles almost made me shit myself big time.

Went to try their dishes last week since they change to a new ownership, foods were very good. We had beef chow fan that highly recommended (beef fry noodle), tofu with mixed vegetable, sweet and sour pork, they are all fresh and tasty, hope they can keep this standard, will definitely come back to try other dishes .Vegetarian options: Under vegetable itemsParking: Plenty parkingsKid-friendliness: Kids menuWheelchair accessibility: Easy access

I really wanted to like this place! The food appeared to be good and had a ton of options to choose from. EVEN TOFU!! A lot of spicy options!! This place had it made. But the egg flower soup has NO egg in it, BIG problem. They literally put broth in a cup with lettuce and wontons?! The egg fried rice was a tad expensive too $13 ?! Just to add egg. Also left my stomach unsettled, so not sure what cooking oil they are using.

For years I had been going to this restaurant, unfortunately today will be the last time. I liked the food but for whatever reason the food tasted like sewage which was unusual. I called to ask to management whoever answered said they didn’t know when they would be in nor was it I needing to talk to them. I explained that the food tasted awful I got dismissed with “sorry thank you for telling us” then they hung up. Never again!

Food has heavily decreased in quality over the last few months. Food is no longer crisp but soggy and weird. Husband and I used to love this place but the last few times we’ve been extremely disappointed.

Brothers noodles has been my favorite chinese food for a long time. It seems like there are new owners now. The service was still amazing and fast but when I received the cream cheese ragoons they did not even have cream cheese. I was so absolutely heart broken. I would tell everyone brothers noodles had the best cream cheese ragoons in tucson. Before the rebranding the ragoons were exploding with cream cheese but it wasn't too much because the wrapper was perfectly rationed and crispy. There was absolutely no filling inside and it is so disappointing. The noodles were still great even though the portion was way smaller. I really would like to come back but it seems I'm going to have to get ragoons somewhere else. :(
