We went to the Oracle location and our server was nice & personable. I got an iced tea with lemon, my hubby the house beer & water. Then we both got the All American cheeseburgers with fries. Good food, pretty good service. Fair prices. Will be back.

Service was the worst accused me of stealing 10 wings very unhappy with the company told them I had video of me unpacking my food at home and only had three containers of wings should have had four and they accused me of taking one they finally agreed to remake my order but by then I was very unhappy decided just to eat a bowl of cereal.

How can people be so rotten! The hostess with long black hair in a ponytail at the Oracle location was god awful. So unwelcoming and rude. She kept rolling her eyes at another customer. This poor mother had an autistic child who had snacks of is own and the hostess refused to seat them. Anyone with an autistic child knows they are really picky eaters and need to be shown compassion. My husband and I were so sad for this family we decided to leave too. Today is Autism Awareness Day too! April 2nd Worldwide! April is Autism Awareness Month! When are we going to start supporting these parents? I'll never eat there again. BAD KARMA Buffalo Wild Wings!!!!!! There was just no need to be so rotten to that poor young mother.

We had the 20 piece traditional 20 boneless and fries for 55 in medium and honey sriracha. We got it for delivery and it was still delicious! Try this flavor !

Went to watch the Wildcats round one of the NCAA Men's Basketball tournament for 2024. As I was walking in they were posting signs on the door no draft beer. Decent selection of can and bottle beer but it was at best cool. Ordered their All American cheeseburger with fries. That was good. Service was very good. And the kicker the Wildcats won game one.
Whole experience would have been better if we didn’t have to do a self checkout. Tip would have been better also.

I called to place an order for pick up, i had to call at least 4 times and be on at least a 10min hold each time. The last time i called I finally got through to someone and was told it would be ready in 10min, i even waited 20min to go and when i got there it was NOT ready.

Food is yummy. Service can be hit or miss, but it's usually good. Cocktails are delish, I recommend the pineapple mojito. Not a place you go to for peace and quiet. Music plays loudly, tvs play different sports, this place attracts rowdy crowds for obvious reasons, it's a good vibe!

I ordered at 7:00 and it showed my order would be ready by 7:30. I got here at 7:10 and waited in my vehicle until it was 7:30. The woman at the reception, who didn’t have a badge, rudely said it wasn’t ready because a ticket didn’t print out and I had to wait until it was ready. It’s upsetting because I don’t know when it’s gonna be ready so I just have to deal with it.
