This place is absolutely horrible, bad service, wrong food. No one in the lobby, still took 20 minutes for wrong, cold food!

Drive through. Got order wrong. Not full order given. no straws given. Sent my son on to get straws and rest order and was given a hard time by front cashier. Like we were lying and asking for free food. My husband has to go in due to rude worker that would not help my 17yr old son

Drive thru order. 2 whopper Jr with cheese, no tomatoes, 2 bacon whopper Jr with cheese no tomatoes extra heavy mayo, large fries. Get home, whopper Jr's with cheese no tomato both have tomato, the other 2 have basic mayo. Order was entered correctly according to the receipt. Called the store repeatedly for 30 Mins after discovering the error. No answer and calls hang up after 11 rings. I've managed a BK in IL. Not acceptable to: 1. Have errors on orders. 2. Not answer the phone to address them. The order was around 6:45pm and they were not so busy that someone could not answer the phone.

Closest Burger King to me, unfortunately. Every single time I come here my food is messed up. I have contacted support through the app and have been given “$10 support dollars” for my upcoming visits, but they’re always messed up somehow. I can’t have mayo on my sandwiches. When people say they can’t have something on their burger, it can be because of an allergy. This location doesn’t know how to read apparently. Fries are cold, burgers are always missing something or have wrong ingredients. You wait at the speaker for 15-20 min before even ordering and then get told to pull up front and have to wait another 15-20 minutes. I’d say that it’s understandable because they’re understaffed, but me and my brother have applied here and havent gotten a call back. There’s no excuse. I’m never a Karen about these things but geez, it’s ridiculous. Get it together.Dietary restrictions: Don’t come if you have restrictions, they’ll mess up your food.

Ordered a bacon chicken Swiss in the drive thru. They instructed us to drive around to the front and wait. We waited 15 mins for the food. Once it came out I checked it. The sandwich received was a plain chicken sand with Lettuce. Took the sandwich back in and told the girl at the counter it was in correct. She called Dillon who was cooking up and asked him to remake the sandwich. He said he would but it would be a bit as he had to catch up on all the orders in the drive thru. I said but this is a remake and I have been waiting for my food longer. A male manager walked in the door and asked what the issue was. I told him the wrong sandwich was made and the cook told me I had to wait until he caught up with the drive thru orders. The manager asked Dillon what happened. Dillon stated that the board stated I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich but now I changed my mind and wanted a bacon and Swiss. I said I'm not a liar and produced my receipt showing what I ordered. Finally got my sandwich but didn't check it. Got home and got another chicken sandwich with a drip of mayo, the butt end of Lettuce and Swiss... no bacon. So to sum up.. got wrong sandwich, was told I had to wait even longer, called a liar and blamed for their mistake and received a second wrong order.

Ordered an original chicken sandwich asked for it without lettuce but wanted what ever else came on it this is what I got. Just a drop of mayonnaise. I was to far away to go back I was driving out of town. Never will I ever go to this Burger King again. And I paid $25 for my full order.

DONT IGNORE THE REVIEWS HERE! TERRIBLE customer service. Even if you're busy, it takes half a second to acknowledge the line of 6 people waiting in your lobby. Acting like you're inconvenienced by customers is absolutely unacceptable. BK corporate, if you see this, the franchisee that owns this place needs some seriously intensive retraining. The quality of this location specifically has been in steady decline for years, and it's ruining your image as a company.

The food went downhill. The food doesn't taste the same and it wasn't filling. The sodas that we were given were flat and the fries and burgers were cold. They used to be good.

Very poorly staffed, everyone was confused and handing out the wrong food to the wrong people, had to wait 30 minutes for my food to come out to my car, while setting in there huge pot hole in fested parking lot.

Delicious Whoppers made the way they should be. 4 stars because there is always a wait (Definitely worth it, though!) Fast food chains should definitely allow more help, never enough staff and always busy. Big Thanks to the employees who always ROCK IT here!!
