So we just had the most awful customer service at this place.First time going we walk in place looks nice and clean, the place was empty only 2 tables where being occupied less than 6 people total dinning in. There's a big chalkboard when you walk in talking about their special bowl of the month which was a Tropicana bowl. Then it explains "If it's your first time here please wait for our hostess to assist you" we stood there for a good 10 minutes while the 4 employees that where working( 2 males 2 females ) literally just stood there staring never asked us if we needed help. There was an African American dude an employee who was refilling the station with all the veggies or what not, with no gloves on. That's when we decided to walk out.Never stepping foot in this business again. Customer service is a huge deal. And we where referred by a good friend I'm sure he will be super happy to hear of our bad experience.

I live out in sierra vista and I always try to come to this place. The food is amazing, the staff is wonderful too. Me and my fiance came in tonight about 20ish minutes before closing. They were kind enough to let us stay and sit inside and finish the food there instead of being forced to take it out due to them closing. I give an infinite amount of stars to this place. I love it, and I will be coming back as per usual. Thank you to the staff for being so kind

The food is good… but by the the time you’re walking out of there it’s like 30 bucks a person. So not worth not even 20. The soup and bread were awful. And I do love me some Mongolian… and don’t even try to get a to-go box cause they have signs everywhere saying you can’t take your own leftovers to go. I think they even charge you for the napkins. ?

Very surprised and disappointed at their pricing system. Generally beef is included in the price at every Mongolian restaurant I've ever been to, but here they charge an extra $2 for meat. Another weird thing is that you are limited to one bowl for $18. So if you include beef, you are paying $20 for one small bowl. They do have an all-you-can-eat option for $26, or $28 with the beef. The food was tasty though. The service was okay/average. The ambiance was good. It was almost empty, which made it more relaxing. They also charge $3.50 for hot tea. I'm on the fence with recommending them, but I guess you have enough info here to make your own decision.

I’ve always loved building the bowl (or cramming it, as one of my colleagues says). I usually go vegetarian, skipping the frozen shaved beef, chicken, seafood. A few noodles, lots of green onions, loads of cilantro, spinach, cabbage, celery, onions, broccoli smothered in sauces… garlic, ginger, teriyaki & a bit of chili. It’s great — it’s your recipe. Served with hot sesame bread, soup (hot and sour) and rice (brown) it makes a satisfying lunch.Place is clean and well maintained — it is certainly _not_ dark & dingy as some reviewers have suggested. The griddle is well ventilated so the air is clean — you’re clothes won’t smell like a Five Guys when you leave. The owner/manager has been there since the days when they had another store on Tanque Verde. A nice and kind fellow, the staff in general are attentive and pleasant. They had Mix FM playing in the background. It’s December, so hark! Oh so many divas singing those worn out Christmas standards, but at least it wasn’t loud.Just one complaint: the price. Back in 2018 the bowl was $11.99 and included any of their proteins. Today that same bowl will run you $17.99, but if you want beef, that’ll be $19.99. That’s a 67% increase. I know we’ve seen food inflation spike as high as 11% in 2022, and between UberDash greed, labor costs and rent increases I suppose it isn’t easy for small restaurant owners, but still… 67%? Anyway, they run their business as they see fit, but for what they’re serving, they’re pricing themselves out of my budget.

I like Mongolian Barbecue, and so far this is the only place I have found here in Tucson. So we decided to give it a try! Place is not too big, we came on a Thursday, so it's quiet. I don't know how busy they get during weekends. As soon as you come in there is a counter set up with ingredients for the barbecue. Just go ahead and fill your bowl with ingredients you want then give it to the cook. Beware of the Hot sauce they have cause it's no joke! So basically you're making your choice and they'll cook it for you. I'm not too crazy about their soups specially the Egg drop soup. I had better. You have option of getting just one bowl for $17.99 or All you can eat for 24.99 plus tax. My advice is, better pack your bowl good! I liked it. Don't expect anything to be fancy here. Staff are nice. It's more of a self service, no table service here.
