“Yaya is an amazing worker and has great leadership as well took ownership of issues that wasn't her fault and was fulfilling multiple task at once. One of the greatest experiences I had going thru the drive thru. Though she not in the position yet she has g great managerial and leadership ability, Carl's Jr should look into.“
“I was passing thru and stopped here on my way back home. Paola helped me and she is an awesome manager. She took time to really get my order right since the menu has changed significantly. She recommended something good and was very friendly and welcoming. Will be stopping by here regularly thru my travels.“
“The manager (or the girl in charge was so rude to her the other employees. The terminal wasn’t working so the girl at the window asked for help and called her over for help she rudely told her she had to wait and walked away from her and started cleaning some containers instead of helping her .“
“I have been through Carl's Jr. 2 times and I have had my chicken over cooked for my chicken sandwich both times when I have received my chicken sandwich. Other than that y'all are doing great! “I don't know why but fast food service has gotten alot worse food is good and atmosphere is what you would expect but there service was horrible I went in and it to 10 minutes to even be noticed then another 5 because it was clear Noone wanted to take my order.“
