We were greeted by friendly staff. We ordered the original cheesesteak sandwich. Our food arrived quickly. The fries were hot and crispy. The sandwich was hot and had plenty of cheese sauce. It was more like nacho cheese sauce. The sandwich was very salty. I could not finish the meal because it was so salty I was getting nauseated.

This location is in the Exchange food court on the DM airforce base. Cheesesteak was made fresh and hot off the grill. Price for a "regular" size with fries and a drink was $13.27. Bread and fries were ok, however the steak was tough and not high-quality. Other toppings were hard and not fully cooked. Taste overall was just average. There was a decent amount of food - but not the quality I expected for the price. The cashier forgot my drink and was a bit gruff. The place is just "ok".

Got the correct order this time and interacted with much more courteous individuals this time around. I would've given this place 4/5, but it didn't sit right after dealing with that one could-care-less kid on Saturday. Still, decent place to eat as long as it's the weekdays with the more courteous employees that actually seem to care to do a good job. I'd give it 3.5 stars if that was possible.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Saturday at 1300 I felt like taking a walk over to the BX and grabbing some decent food. Felt like a Philly cheesesteak was a good call so I go up and begin to ask for my food. Right off the bat the kid behind the counter shows that he hates his job and would love nothing more than to not be working there. Not only does he mess up my order and give me the wrong food, the entire time that I'm waiting he has this poutangsty attitude that screams that he feels like he and his man-bun have somewhere better to be. Not coming back, at least not during the weekends when he's working there.

Charley's to order a small chicken Philly steak sandwich and a regular Philly steak sandwich. My dad ordered a regular sandwich they kept asking him what he wanted on it and he said just the normal sandwich, how it comes. they started getting irritated and kept asking and he kept answering the same way he just wanted it normal .then they started getting upset telling him he wanted to be difficult. I'm saying he's not trying to be difficult. He just wants a sandwich how it is normally made. he doesn't know the ingredients that go on sandwich they're not listed .it's their sandwich you should know how it comes. Then when our sandwiches were made instead of giving them to us they set it on the counter behind them and went on to another person sandwich. we had to ask for food Extremely rude and making comments that other customers as we walked away not how you handle a business

Today I chose the Buffalo Chicken sandwich combo. The sandwich was cooked fresh and served piping hot! Full of flavor and very filling. The fries are larger than most places I've visited and don't have much flavor. A little salt or seasoning would go a long way. I think I'll skip the fries next time.
