Haven't been here in a while (always seem to forget about it) pulled into drive-through and thought i would have a long wait with 10+ cars in front of me, pleasantly surprised! No longer wait than any other comparable place! Food is always great and positive service is REALLY refreshing!

I am tired of not getting sauce that is on the receipt for my order. If I watch the employee look at the receipt and look in the bag and hand me the order, I assume he made sure everything was in the bag. I suppose I have to question every order from here from now on.

I've been coming here for years now. I'm growing unenthusiastic about this place. Recently, the portions have shrunk significantly. A chicken sandwich is little more than a chicken nugget now. My chicken in my chicken biscuit this morning was smaller than the biscuit. It's too bad because I really like the chicken and I really like the chick fil a organization.

This location especially, Always Great.. We love taking our grand kids here since the play area is for smaller kids, and the clientele adhere to it. Parking sux, but we just park away and walk.
I was very impressed with our experience at the Ina location yesterday evening. The manager walked the table area, asking how we were doing, took our trash, and brought us a to go bag. Very clean location, staff were friendly and hard

Delicious food and such friendly employees and a great manager! I had a coupon for a free sandwich and he comped my whole meal for me! He was even walking around the store sweeping and telling people thanks. Even the employees behind the register all had big smiles on their faces and were very friendly. I don't know how they do it but chick Fil a you win!

Great experience here for a Canadian trying chic fil a for his first time. Food tasted fresh, and good portion sizes. Eevie(I think?) at the till was very nice and helpful. Krista was also very nice. I'm just sitting there trying to digest my meal and she came along cleaned my table, took my trash when I insisted I could take it, kudos to her! That's customer service.Thanks chic fil a. Please open more than 2 locations(in progress) in edmonton eh?
