Employee “sara” (according to her) got extremely angry that I ordered queso and guac with my free entree, which by the way I earned in the app with my points. She started yelling at me in front of the whole line. Literally stopped taking a payment from someone to start yelling at me in front of everyone, so bad that I had to ask her to stop yelling at me. She then went to her co worker and gave her a fake and confusing story of my order so that the other employee would immediately side with her and start repeating the same thing she had told me. They are wrong, I had a free entree reward that was able to be used in store or in mobile order. “Sara” claimed that this entree could only be used through mobile order, which she told after I had already made my bowl in person and was ready to just scan my free entree. There was literally a barcode for me to scan in store. Yet she had me place it online and use it online. Me thinking that it just needed to go through, I selected random ingredients in the app just so I could receive my bowl that she had hidden from me. That’s when she got angry that I didn’t select queso on the mobile order and started screaming at me. She had me pay $6 for an entree that was supposed to be free from my points. She claimed her name was sara. Long brown hair with fake lashes all the way to her eyebrows and over lined brown lips, in case she lied about her name. You can’t miss her based on her circus themed makeup.

I ordered a steak bowl for delivery. I received NO STEAK, NO SALSA, NO SOUR CREAM, NO CHEESE. They literally brought me a bowl of rice and beans for $19.00 I called them and received an automated line that won't give you a real person and online they give you a CHAT BOT. DO BETTER CHIPOTLE. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

absolutely terrible. last time i got a quesadilla for $5 and somehow the next day, i got it for $15. make that make sense. portions are horrible, the rules are horrible. how come i’m not allowed to get a side of cheese?! terrible service and always forgets what i ordered. i ordered a side of guacamole and never got it. worst chipotle ever.
