came to pick up a doordash order. watched a kid named jason drop a receipt on the floor, pick it up and put it in the trash, and then pick it up out of the trash to read it. he then continued to make customers orders with the same gloves on. disgusting.

This is only for the manager with the fancy mustache who looks like he belongs in a western. Make sure when you are talking to your staff, your customers can’t hear what you’re saying.To speak to the black guy like you own him saying “wipe the counter” in such a demanding way. But when Justin the white guy comes around you, you politely ask him for help.It’s 2024 get rid of your racist attitude, and maybe the mustache that matches your horrible behavior.

The prices are stupid expensive now days. If you want a tortilla to go with your bowl there is an upcharge. Didn't used to be that way.Kid-friendliness: There are kids meals.
When I got there they were out of a lot of food, and the lady basically just said take what we got or leave it The portionings are small and the cost is gone way up. Not worth it to get an attitude for the price you're paying and not what you want and the food consists consistency is just not there

We typically come here all the time and order food for the whole family. Last night we ordered four chicken quesadillas, a burrito and tacos. When we got home we only had cheese quesadillas. I brought the receipt into the store today for them to correct their mistake and make me four chicken quesadillas, which by the way, are priced the same as cheese quesadillas and manager refused to correct their mistake. She also refused to give her name. Not only did not have proper food for the kids , the manager refused to do anything about it. No refund no remaking of the screwed up order Nothing. Just absolutely horrible customer service.

Chipotle quality has gone down significantly over time but never thought it would get to this point. I ordered 2 chicken burritos online and was speechless when I received the burritos. There was no more than 5 pieces of chicken per burrito. Never coming here again…

They didn't have very much to choose from all that was out was not restocked. Dinning room was dirty. Everyone was nice but with a "that's all there is" attitude. It wasn't very busy which should of have gave them the opportunity to have all food the online stocked as well as a clean dinning room. The worst experience I've had at Chipotle.
