When I first got in there a guy was serving a young lady which he was flirting with after that he got to me and my boyfriend and I asked for double everything exceptFor the meat, he charges us for the meat and when we try telling them that we didn’t ask for that they took the guy who was distracted the whole times word againts a costumer, I had to pay 24$ and if not I had to go back in line and wait. On top of that we asked for a tortilla on the side, we come back home he didn’t even heat it up, it got a cold and dry and just broke apart in the packaging. Worst experience ever never going there again. You guys should really look into who you hire!

The consistency with which they get my online order wrong is actually becoming impressive. Best yet is the double order of tacos where I was given a single taco in two separate containers. I've about given up on this location.

The manager was very very rude and demanding as I asked for just a few more pieces and chicken and she WAS NOT NICE About saying in a loud tone “ It’s still going to be double chicken, no matter what!” She could have been courteous about this, but her tone of voice was ridiculously rude! Her employees were very nice but she the KAREN Manager was horrible and rude! We got our order to go and also ordered two beers to drink in the restaurant. We already went over with one of the staff that we would be drinking at here. She then came up and almost yelled at us that we can’t take them to go and we said that we knew this already, she needs to learn manners and she needs to learn Customer Service because she obviously has no idea how to be a manager and a face-to-face situation. She needs to go work for the marines not Customer Service situation.

Showed up 30mins before close and they were already shutting down the food bar, and only offered what was left out. My companion had an online order which they charged for ingredients that were unavailable and only offer a number to call for a refund. The attitude and enthusiasm of the employees was about as much as a kid in school these days and couldn’t wait to leave.

There is a girl there who serves very small amounts to hard working hungry MEN. Especially when it comes to the protein. Iike if we ask double chicken please don't get all greedy over the food. Like we are paying for it.

Extremely upset with what the food we were given. I got a burrito and 3 tacos. The burrito was double chicken but we were given 3-5 pieces of chicken and nothing is inside of it. It’s all tortilla for a $12 burrito. The amount of food inside my burritos fits in a taco. My tacos have nothing in it in it either. This is horrible for $27 and I got it as a to go order and didn’t see this mess til I got home. Absolute waste of money. Only order in person to ensure you get the portions you’re paying for. It’s not worth saving time to order ahead and get screwed like this.

My husband made an app order and when we got there they said someone "picked up our order" My husband had his ID and we were confused as to how people apparently have access to their system to know his name to pick up his food? She said it happened all the time. On top of that they were so stubborn to remake our order as if they just expected us to be happy walking away with no food and paid for someone else's. Honestly worst Chipotle experience we have ever had. Probably won't be going back and deleting the app. Not worth the trouble.
