I ordered food almost a month ago on the website and never received my food. I’ve been in touch with customer service several times and nobody still has gotten back to me in regards to my refund. The place now has my number blocked and I still have not received my refund.

My family and I have loved Church's Texas Chicken from way before Texas got involved. While their inside dining has improved over the years, it's still a take out place for us.We really love the crunchy, crispy, fried coating. It's one of the best we find. The potatoes and gravy are four star quality, but they are mass produced, so they get a pass. My wife and I love the honey butter biscuits are pretty good. (I'd prefer more honey.) The only thing I don't really like is the corn on the cob. It's pretty expensive and usually very water logged and mushy.Overall, for fast food, it's really good.
Need to be trained cooking chicken.. Greasy chicken, smells like burn deep fry oil...

Meh. Completely did not read the order which was a mix of dark and tenders. No tenders. No sauce. That's what I get for not opening the box. Also had to ask for my soda. Did online order and picked up through the drive-thru. Leo Goetz got it right in Lethal Weapon 2. Biscuits were awesome though.
It is good chicken anytime we are in Tucson we live in a small town in Arizona so we have to travel there to get churches.

Wow, great chicken. Nobody does fried chicken better than Church's. The butter honey biscuits are fantastic. The service at this Church's is great. I was in and out with my order, done correctly in just a few minutes. Other "fast food" restaurants could learn from these guys. Great food great service.Parking: Plenty of parking, easy in and easy out.

Worst fast food experience i've ever had. waited over 20 minutes for a 16 piece of chicken, turns out while waiting for it they gave MY order to the wrong person. There's newbies there who have absolutely No idea what to do. As I expected, there was hair in my chicken in multiple breasts. Worse experience ever

Won’t be coming back anytime soon. I looked online to see what time they closed. It said 10 PM. I showed up 20 minutes prior and they’re closed. They’re helping other people inside but they’re closed. Won’t be coming back anytime
