Went in with a group of friends. Vince was awesome! Great customer service! Food was excellent! We will be back! Even let the cook know he did an incredible job. It was not busy on a Saturday night. Manager was good to talk to. Good experience after not having been at a Coco’s in years.Parking: Crowded center but plenty of spaces by Coco’s.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access and plenty of parking.

Never had a bad experience here. Friendly staff. Food is always good. Just an American restaurant that's been around for a long time. It's much better than Dennys. Had Dave a few times a great server. Restaurant is always clean. Managers a also always visible. Join the rewards program.

Food was mediocre. Loud in restaurant. Would have given a better review but ceiling damage was disgusting.

I went to pick up a DoorDash order here. I walked in and waited up front for 2-3 minutes before the worker sitting there looked up at me and asked if I was waiting for an online order. I said yes and they said ok and continue to sit there and not let any one know anything. I waited another 5 minutes until another worker came up and asked if I’ve been helped. I told her no and a different worker said sorry. I told them I was waiting on an order for “customer” and they grabbed a bunch of tickets and went to the back. I waited another 30 minutes while these three workers kept walking around doing other things. Finally worker 3 asked worker 1 if “the people over there were waiting for an order or something”. Worker 1 said he didn’t know because he never talked to us when he was the first person that asked. Then they got irritated when I told them that I had told them earlier that we were waiting for an online order and they all claimed they never talked to me. We ended up having to cancel the order after waiting for almost 50 minutes because of them. They have horrible service and were fighting amongst themselves the whole time I was there, in front of customers.

Older Waitress was running 8 tables on her own. Manager (Mark I think?) was just watching with his arms crossed. Not helping out much even after waitress asked for help. Dude was just not caring. Slower service because of him.

Such a bummer. We had to make a trip to Tucson. Drove 185 mi. On the way back, we thought we stopped in Coco's for lunch. We could have gone anywhere else, but chose this place because we figured they have a wide variety of food. Not so. Sadly, this experience was subpar. Giving a poor review isn't what I wanted to do, my hubby & I just wanted a good meal with good service. There were very few people in there. I'll have to make a long story longer, to explain. Hubby ordered a burger & fries. I ordered Parmesan grilled cheese & coleslaw. Shouldn't have taken forever to make. Few workers & had to keep summoning the waiter for anything we needed such as water, the issue with the food, & the check. He was very courteous, though. He kept going over to the cook to see if our food was ready yet. Not yet, a few more minutes, etc. The longer we waited, the more we noticed how the place really needed cleaning, updating & repairs. The bathroom was atrocious & the faucet had some gross buildup on it. I was surprised that it could look like that. When I placed my order, I asked if there were any onions in the coleslaw. The waiter didn't think so, but I asked him specifically to let me know if it did, because I won't eat onions. I never heard back, so I assumed no onions. The food finally comes out & scallions are all over the so called coleslaw, which actually was a bagged salad with cabbage, carrots, lettuce, & scallions. There was no coleslaw dressing as one would think. I informed the waiter & he said they probably didn't think of scallions as onions. LOL They substituted cantaloupe & honeydew which for fruit, was fine. Then we had to ask for a to-go box, then we were ready to go to the register after waiting for the check, then the waiter sees us & comes by with it. Throughout the whole time, it was just nonchalant with no real apologies or offers to fix much. Possibly an offer of a piece of pie may have even helped. Was looking so forward to a great meal, but so disappointed & wish we had gone somewhere else.

I really wanted to enjoy this classic American diner but they really need to clean and update. I will say our server was incredible and a very hard worker. This place was packed!

Cocos has a BBQ Ribs dinner for $20 that is highly enjoyable. It's so easy to pick-up and eat at your leisure. If you're truly hungry go on Thursday for the all-you-can-eat option. Either way, this Coco's is providing a great meal at a great price!

Can’t give any rating as our group of seven never got our food. Ordered and finally walked out after an hour of no food empty drink glasses that needed refills and not even a check in from our so called waitress. After our order was placed. Every table before and after us got their food and actually got service…

This place was disgusting and filthy. Really run down. The front door was pretty dirty and gross. The service was poor. The desserts were old and dry.
