Have only been a few times so was trying to look at the pictures to decide the woman who helped was rushing me when there was only 4 ppl behind me kept saying what sides what sides and was rude and just made me feel uncomfortable so I ignored until I got to where me and my daughter could see the add ins. The price is high. My daughter wanted to sit at the table which was dirty and the floor dirty too. Just the whole atmosphere was awful from coming 2 years ago and then now.

02/02/24 , 8:15 pm walked in there and I’m excited to get my favorite ice cream, the girl who helped us its seems she doesn’t wanna worked there she need to get another job she didn’t even mixed properly my order, she just dumped the fruits without chopping them and give me it’s not even a full order it was just 1/2 of bowl. I’m so disappointed, I’m not recommending this location, the one in wetmore is better.

While the ice cream is good and the loony looks nice the bathroom was a wreck when I visited and I saw two baby roaches in the building while eating my icecream. The people were nice enough though tho I think the owner? I dunno was a little cold but it was early so...

Spendy yes but very delicious! Customer service was great too. Very friendly and helpful in explaining all the yummy possibilities and letting us taste different ice creams.

This place used to be nice, now it looks like an old run down place. It smells like urine and everything is dirty in the lobby dining area. And the serving is not what they used to be. Hopefully management or the owner sees this review. Please clean it up!

Oh. My. God! My tastebuds were dancing in a ring, in the middle was this ice cream. Most of my complaints are so minor and unimportant, that they get swept by like 5 year olds in the beach. The flavor of this undermines any tiny flaws the establishment might have. I had the strawberry blonde. And I am not kidding, the moment I tried it I had to collect myself. My dad got the cheesecake one. THE CHEESECAKE ONE! That singular ice cream change the course of my life. I will continue referencing that ice cream until no one remembers who I am. I am a changed man. NOT EVEN AMERICA CAN HANDLE THE FREEDOM I FELT! ?????????????️?️?️?️

The girls were extremely rude and would always say they couldn't make milkshakes when I'm fully aware they are working, this has happen on multiple occasions.
The poor servers look like they'd rather be dead than serving ice cream. Very sullen. Cold Stone might need to pay for therapy and definitely pay for a cleaning service. The floor is so nasty. If I wanted to buy ice cream from depressed Gen Zers "giving sadness" then 5 stars.

I would not recommend this company it wasn't very clean inside. I ordered a cake A-day before it was due to be picked up called on that day had a confirmation email and confirm my phone the order was good For pick up the next day around noon it was not only not ready. I called they hadn't even made the order. They asked me if I could come back later that day and still the next morning like 3 days later they were just putting the writing on top of it it. Was for a birthday I will never go back there I would not recommend

The girls working were nice enough, but they locked the door at 9:30 to any other customers. I've worked customer service jobs, but locking the door 30 min early so that you can leave at 10 doesn't seem appropriate. I would think If the posted store hours are till 10 then you don't leave till 10:30. But maybe that's just me. In the end I blame corporate and rhe owners. Staff your store appropriately, or change the hours. Quit using teen labor to line your pockets.

We walked in pretty empty.Staff knew we were there waiting for a while. We heard laughing, I made noise and also said hello. They waited for us to leave then when other customers came I believe they said something as well and came out.
