These cookies are soft and delicious!!! Owner was accommodating and worked with me last minute. She made me 60 cookies with a 2 day notice. Only complaint I have is the edible paper the images are printed on. It is thick and hard to bite into without pulling the whole thing off the cookie. Most of our guests just pulled the paper off the cookie before they ate it. This paper did sit for over 24 hours on the cookies before they were eaten but still did not soften up. Other than that, would definitely recommend!!

Went in for the first time today and was greeted by a super sweet and informative woman! Talk about a hidden gem! We dove into the cinnamon roll while still in the parking lot and fought the urge to turn right back around and get more! Can’t wait to visit again. Yum!!!!

Copper Creek Cookies is a gem and deserves to be a must stop location for the area for anyone that enjoys cinnamon rolls! The icing is a smooth buttercream and the rolls are perfectly baked. They are firm enough to hold their shape but are so soft and cut so easily with your fork. There could always be more cinnamon filling but these are world class rolls!
We ordered catering from Copper Creek Cookies for our company holiday party and it was fantastic. Usually when you're planning an event, it's difficult to sit down and enjoy the food, but the BBQ was amazing! We got pulled pork and chicken sliders, which came with mac and cheese, baked beans, pickles, BBQ sauce, and homemade buns at a very reasonable price.She let us know ahead of time that the catering did not come with plates, cutlery, or serving utensils so it was easy to make other arrangements.I would highly recommend Copper Creek Cookies and can't wait to try their other catering options at our next event!

Came here 3 o'clock on a Thursday and closed. But has a sign on the main street advertising for baked goods and cinnamon rolls. Ignorance. Bring your signs in when not open or put times on the sign.PsTried them on another day. Not good at all. Thx for wasting my time twice
