I went in and bought a fish and chips platter through the drive thru. I immediately pulled around and walked inside because the coleslaw, which is separated from the to go container, and the lid wasn't fastened properly so it spilled all over everything.They refused to even replace my side of coleslaw! Even though I had a receipt saying I'd just come through the drive thru. When I asked to speak with a manager, they said she was in the back office and couldn't speak to me. The clerk went and asked the manager and she came back and replied they couldn't. Its very sad because I just recently discovered Culver's, and was impressed with the food and service. But I will never return and have never been so disgusted with customer serviceHaha! Now, 4/30/24 update: I received the same idendical generic response from both corporate (emailing their feedback address) and on GoogleWe're not broke, the side of coleslaw is not the issueIt's their level of customer service standards that are crazy, after being calm and polite, and escalating things to this level, that they could get bad publicity over something so silly?!!

First time I went there on Tuesday last week the restaurant was beautiful and clean the employee was super nice and manger was also super nice and I ordered chicken sandwiches was awesome the employee keep walking by and asked me if everything was okay I'll be coming here again thank you ??❤️❤️

Noted the napkin dispensers were filthy...needs mgmt attention to overall cleanliness please. Also, please do not place a tomato slice wirb fully 1/3 of "green core"... those slices should routinely tossed and not served please.

Third times the charm. Had flavor of the month twice with very little toppings mixed in. Third time was like eating cold soup. Would rather eat Fry's store brand for less money . This was the store on West Valencia in Tucson AZ.
