Overpriced meat for horrible service. Tried for over a year and prices continue to increase. Staff never acknowledge when I come in and I always wait 10-20 minutes regardless of how "busy" they are.I now get my "ugly steaks" from Costco and tenderize them myself for nearly half the price. I go to Sprout's for Boar's Head deli meat and they can help me in 60 seconds or less with a much better attitude.Seems everyone I talk to is feeling similar. (Having a chronic help wanted sign is a great indicator of what this place is.) I also can't wait for the excuses from the business as to why the prices have increased so much in just a year.

Got there by 10:30 in the morning to buy some steaks for my wife's birthday. They didn't have any and their meat cutter was not in yet. The young man apologized and said he would call me after he got in and had the steaks cut. Waited around all day and not a single call. It's really sad because I really wanted to try their meat. Only good thing about it was I got to watch the packer game. Just extremely disappointed in this place.Still no call from you guys that my order is ready. Or any call. The young man asked for my number so he could call me when I should stop back

I cannot say enough good things about this butcher/deli! The quality is fantastic and service is efficient. The staff are knowledgable and carry exotic meats as well as sides, sauces and seasonings. Shop Local!!

2 times we have gone in and failed to place an order if you don't want to work quit..,fn sad. Entered at 12:50 pm 2 employees behind the line male with a beard asked if we had been helped we said no I asked for a sandwich he told me to walk to the other end of the counter where no one was and went back to making hamburger patties. The orange haired older lady told him she needed to go to lunch ignored us and walked away. We left since we apparently were wearing our Cloaks of Invisibility.
PS your store smelled awful like the grease trap was backed up.

I have purchased steaks and other meats twice there. The meat was tender and of the highest quality. The deli salads were very good and the service was great. Everything was fresh. The staff there waited on me promptly and were friendly and courteous. The selection is wonderful. I try to visit once a week. I highly recommend this deli.

As many other negative reviews mentioned, I am surprised that this place gets good review. I went there for the deli. When you enter the place, you can smell the unpleasant odor of fatty old meat hanging around. As for the deli, the meat is not fresh, bread is low-quality and old. I'd recommend just go to any grocery store and arrange your own deli for a lower price and a higher quality. The staff there are very nice, and that's what the star is for. Otherwise, a truly disappointing experience.
