There was hardly any sauce it was very dry it was supposed to have extra cheese there wasn't any. Breadsticks were boring and bland. Spent over $50 wasn't happy at all.

I was stung by a scorpion this morning and so, in great pain and on lots of meds, didn't want to cook for the family tonight. I thought I'd ordered my usual order of Mix N Match for $6.99 items, but it didn't go through correctly. The driver didn't have the drinks with him and said he had to go back and get our dipping cups, so I checked my online order and the MixnMatch didn't register, so each of my items was $8.99-9.99 which, on my limited income, is cost-prohibitive, and no drinks. I called the store and explained what happened. This store, which has ALWAYS taken care of our family, whether it was our mistake or theirs, said I couldn't get MixnMatch pricing retroactively and, even though the driver was coming back with the dipping cups (thank you, Johnny, who is the only reason I even put 2 stars), that I couldn't order only drinks because that would trigger a second delivery cost and I didn't have the minimum dollar amount required. I'm not sure who was on duty on the phone or manager tonight, but I don't think I'll be ordering from this Domino's any more.
Today was a bad for Domino's. Ordered a 2 topping pizza, boneless wings and cookie for 5:15 PM. Showed up a couple minutes early and it started to look like my order was done, but it appears they put in the wrong wings. Did they come to me and let me know or tell me that it was going to take a bit longer? NO!!. 15 minutes later my order is completed, almost. An employee mentioned that the wings needed Habanero sauce. In less than a second, I was handed my order without the sauce. I reminded them that I needed my sauce like the other employee mentioned. They took my order away from to check to see that no sauce was added. Of course it wasn't the one employee mentioned that it was needed and in the one second between the time he said that and they handed the order to me how did they think the sauce would appear within the order? By magic? After the checked all the boxes and the receipt to ensure I was not trying to rip them off, they reluctantly handed me my order back with sauce. As I look at my previous review I wonder why I keep going back. Word to the wise, avoid this Domino's so you don't have to worry about getting cold pizza, cold cookie and cold wings.

Hello, for anyone reading this I implore you to avoid this place. I have had bad experiences with Domino's before but after moving half way across the country, I had hopes that this would not be the same. I was unfortunately mistaken seeing as I got three medium pan pizza's for my family and had the joyous time finding that an essential ingredient was missing, the sauce. When calling in to complain I was met with nice young lady who swore to me that she weighed out the sauce, 3 oz to be exact. If you want better pizza, a little creaser's is not too far away and cheaper. Thanks for the meat and cheese bread!

Every time I order dominos my order is delivered and either there is not enough sauce in my pasta bowl and it’s just noodles or the pizza has half the topping missing on one side and is burnt. The employees have bad attitudes and accuse customers of lying and hang up on you. Customer service sucks. I have given your franchise (this location and others in Tucson) way too many chances and I’m done ordering from you. It’s a waste of my money and time. If I order for delivery I shouldn’t have to get in my car and drive to one of your franchises to have it fixed, it defeats the purpose of delivery. Do better dominos and stop hiring incompetent people who have bad attitudes and no customer service skills.
The pizza tasted and looked great this Tuesday evening. The delivery driver was kind and timely.

Ordered on the app and said it would be delivered about 30 minutes later.. The tracker said it was delivered and it wasn't so I called. They said sorry it will be on its way we are busy.. An hour later I call back and they put me on hold for a "manager" for forever.. Finally, some rude, unprofessional guy gets on and says it was delivered to the wrong address and he "doesn't care" what happened either way, he will cancel it and I'll get money back in 3-5 business days.. now it's late and we have no food.. What a joke of a business
