Ordered munchkins in the drive-thru and they were dripping wet and slimy when I opened them one minute later. I've been eating Dunkin for decades and never saw munchkins that looked like those. Made me lose my appetite. Drove back and returned them, employee said it was because they were fresh!?

went through the drive through this morning and ordered a frozen butter pecan coffee. when i got to the window and paid, the gentleman told me that it would be a few minutes for my drink. after waiting a couple minutes, my drink came and it looked a little off from when i got it yesterday at the dunkin at campbell/grant (they made theirs almost like the picture). as i drove off and started to drink my drink, it was so watery and syrup-y that i had to go back and ask for a refund. the lady that was at the window was trying to put the refund back to my apple pay but it wouldnt go through so another lady asked me if cash would be okay. when the first lady (the one who couldnt get my apple pay to work) gave me my cash, i politely said "thank you!" and she didnt even look at me, say "your welcome", "i'm sorry". nothing!!! i couldnt believe how rude she was to completely ignore me. i really dont know what is wrong with this location because they never seem to get their drinks right from previous times that i have been here. the only reason i even come to this one is because i feel annoying going to the campbell/grant one all the time lol needless to say i will never return to this dunkin ever again. please take the extra five minutes to drive and give the campbell/grant location your time/money!

They don't have enough variety of donuts... Maybe 10 choices at best. They didn't have common donuts like chocolate long John. Having a great donut is not enough they need to bring back the selections. Where are the Kreullers and Bismarck's what happened to Dunkin donuts? I most likely will not be back. This is a good place for donuts and coffee. Mine was a to-go order so I didn't hang around to experience the atmosphere. Service is good and the people are friendly. A very diverse crowd goes here due to the location.

This is a real jerk head move to BUILD a location right next to an existing coffee shop. Reminds me of the curb your enthusiasm episode with Larry David’s coffee shop, The Spite Store. It’s kind of a non-spoken rule to not open an identical business next to an existing one. Go up a block. Jokes on you, people would rather have real coffee from a local family owned business then chemical swill anyway. BLECH.
