They did a soft upsell on the seasonal latte, and on a milk alternative. I tried oatmilk in my latte at their suggestion.(It was disgusting. But that doesn't reflect the quality of service, just my own taste.)I hope the women working Saturday early morning are well compensated and appreciated by their company. You cannot train in that level of friendliness and competence.“
“Great place to order, sit down and have a bite, new and very clean.2 years after the first review still going here, great spot to get a quick fresh donut. At Christmas time they put up a tree in the lobby and have snow flake sprinkles on their strawberry frosted donuts. Very nice little extra touch fir the Xmas holiday. They also have eggs and sausage for breakfast, a change up from the old days. They also got a tv to watch in the morning unlike Discount Tire where I left my car off to get a flat fixed that only has a radio to listen to while you sit there. So I would much rather sit at Dunkin Donuts for hours till my car is fixed.“
“Was frustrated for 3ish years after I found out this was going to be a Dunkin but the wait was worth it! Always fast service, good quality food, and the employees have been helpful and friendly. This Dunkin always has what a want! I will drive out of my way to avoid other locations and go to this one.“

(Of course all the sweet things you would expect at DD)..if I'm being honest the food menu is just so-so..I tried the grilled cheese on one occasion and my wife had a breakfast taco..portions seemed small and overall the items were meh. I know it's just fast food..but for the price it wasn't the best I have seen compares to elsewhere. But cold coffee and good donuts! Heck ya!“
“The staff was really friendly and I'm not kidding when I say that was the best raspberry filled donut I've ever had. Great breakfast sandwiches and hash browns too. “I order on the app because Dunks out here don’t understand Dunks lingo from East Coast when ordering. A few of the ladies now know me and that helps with consistency on getting a good coffee when ordering. Although I do suggest adding the seasonal PB flavored coffee, haven’t found it at any location in Tucson. With mocha swirl it taste just like a Reese’s PB cup ? I don’t order food because there is no option on the app to get cream cheese for my muffin. I only order cold brew. The original blend is very weak and watery most times.“
“So, you may think all Dunkins are created equal. However, I can honestly say some are far better than others. This is one of those locations.I had a multi day sub job at Gridley right around the corner from here. Very convenient to stop for some coffee and a donut.This location is right on the corner of Harrison and Broadway. Very easy to get into and out of from almost every direction.All the donuts here are in a front glass display, unlike other locations where they are on a rack behind the counter. All the caloric info is much easier to see here.Not only are the donuts more attractive behind glass, but they display so much nicer too. Not only that, but it was apparent that many of the same variety they have at other locations are just better here - the chocolate and vanilla cream filled for example: for some reason, other Dunkins skimp on the fillings for these, which is apparent visually. Not here. Everything is obviously crafted so much better, it's quality you can see!Pretty sure this is one of the top locations in Tucson.
