Cannot rate atmosphere as I went through drive thru. Service was top notch. Love that they had an active associate running the drive Thru on a tablet, not talking though a menu board, I can never understand those machines. Putting a Cashier at the line is a plus. She also helped me put together my own personal drink. Not just something from a list like the competition.

What's all the commotion? Not a fan of an expresso shot with water. No regular coffee, the taste wasn't close to a real cup of Joe. Dissatisfied and disappointment.

The music is way too loud, and it is hard for them to hear your order. We got down to order at the window because the drive thru line was ridiculous. The barista took our order. I ordered a large Golden eagle chai dirty with a total of two shots, with soft top and light caramel drizzle on top. He ended up giving me a golden eagle with two extra shots. (way too strong for me). Went back and told a different barista and she also got my order wrong. She gave me a chai without the shots. Service and all are great. I just think they might want to lower the music a bit in order for you to communicate with them at the window and avoid getting the drinks wrong. It is unfortunate to pay so much for a drink and to still get it wrong.
