I can wnti Dutch bros and made a mistake that was very embarrassing. Raylene I hope I spelled that right. She was super cool and made me feel much better and treated me with the best customer service. I came back to make it right and Al which I assumed was the manager he also made me feel at home and more comfortable as I apologized for my mistakes. Whoever does the hiring for Dutch bros is amazing at their job. You seem to find the best employees at all locations.Thanks again and I apologize.

Dutch Bros employee informed me today that showing id for your birthday is no longer acceptable. she said one now must download their shiddy app. Well, nope not gonna do it. I've been a dutch bros customer since 2007 in Oregon. I easily spend over 50$ a week on dutch bros and I tip their baristas. Well, adios dutch bros. Your company causes diabetes anyway and I'm going to write the governor's of each state a dutch bros is in and ask for a high sugar tax for these companies that are taxing the Medicaid programs causing diabetes with their high sugar drinks and heart disease with high caffeinated drinks. New corporate dutch bros is not it.

Need to do better with traffic. Either shut down a lane or police the zipper merge. Having another patron threaten to ram my vehicle because he refused to honor the zipper merge & insisted he was 'here 1st!' is ludicrous. Why not have your staff at the merge point taking orders alternately so then traffic must follow the zipper merge - or cone off one lane. I've seen 1 lane closed at other DB so I fail to understand why it cannot happen here.

I came in this morning January 29th at 8:39 a.m. The lady that took my order does not let you talk she just kind of rushes through your order in hopes for the best. Asking your customer to move up 2 ft three times in a row to finish one coffee order is just not acceptable let me order with you and then I'll move forward the four feet in front of me.
