While the Americano is good...it would be better if the "barristas" would stop over filling the cups and make sure the lids are tight. For the price, it would be nice to be sure that I wasn't going to wear it...1 expensive cover-up later, and I am rude about it.
I have been losing some of my hearing, when I arrived Saturday around 7am I had to ask the cashier to repeat herself. She did at the same volume she finally spoke louder but was irritated. Her male coworker passed by looked at me and said she is deaf. I closed the window because I am losing my hearing and it's difficult. She seem upset since I didn't tip. I wished I would of cancelled the orderAfternoon crew is usually very kind not sure if it will make a difference but hopefully deaf people don't stop by

Wonderful experience. I am a regular at this dutch bros and the staff does nothing but impress me every time with their quickness and friendliness. Alexa and Hayley in particular are awesome! I like to switch it up sometimes because I like trying new stuff and they never fail to suggest and explain new drinks that I may like. So far, no misses, cross my fingers!
