This is the new location on W Valencia. It's clean, staff is friendly, but they need to work on their service. Too many staff still have not got routine down or speed.3/24/2024 Service has gotten better. Employees seem to have finally gotten the routine down.
I've been attempting to place a future pickup order but keep running into issues checking out. I've tried both the mobile app and the online system but both have given me issues. I called this store which I where I would like to pick up my future order because it is the nearest location and the employee said she can't help and that I would have to come to the store to place an order, I can't order over the phone.First of all, I don't live near your location,and I am the paying customer and a frequent Eegee's customer. I shouldn't have to be the one to accommodate Eegee's when I am the business. This is really annoying and frustrating because all I want to do is place a future pickup order and I don't have the time to just drive down to the store to place an order, that is the whole purpose of placing an order online or via the mobile app but the system isn't even working. This is ridiculous! And really annoying!

The wait in the drive thru was outrageous for only 2 cars in front of me.Kid-friendliness: The kid s meal are appropriate size ....not skimpy, also tasty. The eegee drinks are always a favorite.

Gave me the wrong order. Servers look too young like they have no real supervision or structure. Lines are always long from taking forever to make a sandwich. They skimp on the fries. Feel like they're trying to be like dutch bro atmosphere. Young and loud music, but it's not working. Because at least dutch get your order right.

Food was solid, fries ? nice and salty. Eegee is very flavorful. I ordered a medium piña colada and It was Massive. Original grinder was good, reminded me of a classic deli meat sub. Nothing amazing, but a good choice for quick eats.Service was chill and kind. I liked the art and building etc. It was nice to eat outside. It could definitely be cleaner, the tables were a bit sticky and had some food stuck to the top etc.
Eegees sandwiches are usually pretty good. My favorite is roast beef grinder. I love their skinny berry eegees.

food is ku because it's eegees but service is pretty wack. Homie let me sit at the window for 5 minute before opening it to tell me the lobby was closed... do better y'all. I just wanted to order an Eegee. Couldn't turned a 3 star into an easy 5 star.

I bought a kids chicken tender meal (with fries) and a separate medium fry yesterday (9/01/23) at 5:19pm. The only thing my son and I both had that were the same were the fries. He started throwing up at 12:30am and continued to for hours. I started throwing up at 5:30am and hopefully threw up for my last time at 12:30pm. I have eaten there plenty of times before but once I get food poisoning from somewhere I will never recommend them again.
