Went for lunch today. I ordered on line, gave them at least a half hour to prepare my meal and when I got there 40 minutes later, it still wasn't ready. So much for using the mobile app to save time!?

We stopped by here to other day for the cinnamon pretzel bites and they were out of the icing, it was very sad, but they did give us a full refund. Earlier, however, my friend went and got the lucky lime eegee and it barely tasted like lime at all. It was extremely disappointing. This location has been going a bit downhill lately. We went to a different location and everything was perfect there.

This may be the best location in town! Environment is great. The remodel looks so nice, good music playing and very clean. Customer service was on point. Happy to let us sample the flavors of the month, answered all our questions about new items, and extremely friendly. The food was the best part though. Best grinder I’ve had in years, got the special requests on our sandwiches, and love the new Eegee Blast. Thank you folks for the great lunch! We’ll definitely be back.

I went this week food was trash nothing the same a bunch of young kids who don't know what there doing and do whatever they want apparently ever since the sold the eegees company every is trash highly disapointed they don't know what a turkey grinder is gave me a plan turkey sandwich I definitely won't be going to eegees anymore

Honestly think this is the worst sandwich shop in tucson. After moving here so many people talked it up, but it's not good they use a lot of trash quality product from bread, to meat, to cheese.My other issue is i will run deliveries and this specific store always closes its lobby an hour and a half early of not more slowing down how quickly anyone can get through.

I come to this eegees most often as it is by my work. Overall my experience has been good enough to go back. There has been a few times where my order was made incorrectly and management has always been prompt to fix the mistake. However they have one order taker on the drive through who messed up my order and was just flatout rude when i asked it to be remade. Didnt catch a name but he has longer hair and a mustache and i think he should be addressed for his demeanor towards customers. If hes unhappy in his position then he should quit or be moved to the back away from customers.
