I would like to commend Marco on being an amazing, and understanding employee. After I had placed my order through the drive thru…I began having trouble with my bank card. After circling around the drive thru again to allow the other customers to proceed with paying for and receiving their food, I continued to experience trouble with my bank card. Marco waited for a little while to allow me a little more time to complete my transaction. Marco gave me my food without me paying for it. I offered to come back to the restaurant to pay for my food after figuring out what was wrong with my card, but Marco informed me not to worry about it. I appreciate you again Marco. Thank you so much for being awesome! P.S…those chicken tenders were so good by the way ???. I highly recommend them.

We love Eegees. We go here all the time. The 5 dollar kids meal with fries and an Eegee is perfect for a smaller belly. We even have them for ourselves on a quick meal sometimes. The spicy grinder is my go to but I get the regular one too. The fires are always crispy and delicious. Best crinkle fries from anywhere. Thanks for being in Tucson.

This is the worst Eegees location I have been to. We waiting 30 minutes for 2 turkey sandwiches. And the lobby was ridiculously hot. I will never go to this Eegees again. And only one car in the drive thru. And other customers came back to fix orders during our wait. After waiting 30 minutes my order was wrong and had to wait an additional 15?minutes to get it fixed. 45 minutes and didn’t even get food to eat. I hope corporate office gives this location some serious support. Worst experience with Eegees in 30 years!

Today I went into this location, and they were super packed. I had to wait a while for my food but with the help of Aalyah it got done faster. And she assured me that it would only take a couple minutes. Hatim was on the front register and has a great attitude! Being with the rush happening I can not complain. Except for one thing… I could hear Marco in the back yelling and speaking very angrily to the employees. I understand could be frustrating but it could result in employees having bad attitudes.

The sandwiches are awesome. Although I found a really weird that their pastrami now comes grinder Style. They should let the customers know that ahead of time. I thought it was pretty nasty did not taste good at all.

I'm a big Eegees fan. Every time I've lived away from Tucson, Eegees is a place I really miss. They have super tasty fries, good salads and sandwiches, really fantastic iced tea, and Eegees slushy drinks, of course, which are great!

Always rude, act like everything you order is an inconvienece. Only reason to go there is because all the other better eegees are farther away. Every single time i regret going there. Store manager always seems to be on something and wears the same sweater every single time i visit. Which kinda unhygenic. Just overall poor service. Keep going back wishing itd be better. I know working in fast food is hard. But its just making sandwitchs. Its not that hard

It took them 30min to complete an online order .. it was a salad. 30min? Again being. Busy is not an excuse .. they were giving other people there orders that just came in.. manager handed me the order and didn’t even apologize.. to top that they hadn’t even started my order until I arrived

Can't get enough of Eegee's. The spicy chicken makes any vehicle that I'm driving automatically turn into their parking lot. So excited to visit again. Tuna sandwich wasn't too bad either.

I would’ve put 5 stars, when I arrived this location was super busy, employees were nice, but looked stressed due to the manager yelling and pacing back and forth screaming at them. We had problems with this manager for awhile.. we just wanted new fries cause ours was cold. She looked so angry and upset when we asked… I get fast food can be stressful but no employee or customer should have to go through all of that. Please change your attitude.. this was awhile ago, me and my wife don’t understand how she’s still there.

They forgot my drink he said he didn't charge me for it but I ordered a meal. Waited 10 minutes at the window for two sandwiches. He gave me a drink that wasn't what I ordered then he gave me the one I did order asked me for the other one back forgot to give me a straw or a spoon and no one was wearing masks. From now on I will be going to country club and speedway location they wear masks!!!
