Just Got Done with Chemo. Wanted a Sonora Hot Dog.Spent 4.00 on it. They Advertised a Yellow Pepper with it. No Pepper. When I called He Hung up on Me. Will Never Never go there Again. To Many other Places to get a Good Sonora Hot Dog.

Great food truck. Very good value, low prices. I have tried almost everything on the menu. Fast service. Tacos Birria is very good. Best Sonoran Hot Dog in Tucson. Sonoran Hot Dog has a weekly special discount.

Hotdog was very bland. No guacamole sauce and bummed not served with a grilled chili. There was not even bacon on the hotdog!! The chicken had NO seasoning. The birria burrito was more onion than anything & the beans were very undercooked. They gave us 2 salsas for 3 tacos, a burrito and 2 hotdogs. Pretty disappointed

It is so amazing! Definitely going again! The quality of the bread and the meat is so good, and the price is so low that I'm scared that they are losing money. Tried the pastor taco, carnita taco, Sonoran hot dog, and their el giro burrito. The hot dog is the best I've had in town, and the burrito has very tasty beef in it. The pastor taco and carnita taco is less impressive, but still very good!

Every time I'm in Tucson, this is a must to visit, from the Sonoran Hot Dogs to the Carne Asada Burritos. Everything on the menu is delicious. Real and authentic Mexican food!

Best birria tacos I've ever eaten. Only place my family will go to get them. Simply leaves me speechless every time. 11/10 recommend. *chef's kiss*

Come on man! I know bugs in food happen but my girls and my food were covered in dead small flies. After we ordered tonight around 7 p.m. Baked in the cheese quesadilla and in the birria tacos.. couldn't even eat any of it. Waste of money.

Amazing Sonoran dogs, great service as well. Breakfast burritos are very meaty and delicious. Food was out fast even though there was only one person working. Really great food truck!

Randomly found this place on the map, not realizing it was a food truck! Ordered Sonoran dogs, El Giro burritos, and a breakfast burrito. Everything is made to order, so it takes a bit longer to get but everything was delicious and tasted fresh. The salsa was a good level of spicy! Cash only, but there is a Walgreens nearby to get cash at.

Living on the East and craving Mexican food isn't always that easy considering That authentic Mexican food is a 35 min drive to the south side, didn't feel like taking the drive, or going to Jason's on 22nd and Wilmot (4 star btw).. so here I am at Tacos y Hotdogs El Giro, let me break down my order. For review references I'm Mexican so I'm used to this type of cuisine, I ordered 3 hotdogs, 1 shrimp taco and 2 birria quesatacos, 1 mexican soda, $21, not bad. The only way to describe this place is a second or third generation Mexican cuisine, what I mean by That is the food lacks little aspects that would make it authentic really tasty food, don't get me wrong the food was good but it wasn't great or amazing. For one the birria lacks flavor, especially that of bay leaf that's a staple in birria, the quesatacos are bland least favorite in Tucson, just because of the lack of flavor, the shrimp taco was descent, it was breaded and typically some a with a orange dressing , in short terms comprared to most restaurants this sauce was off, taste more like a different version of thousand island, the hotdogs were the best thing I've had from this order and even then it still didn't leave me wowed, it was missing the key thing all hotdogs should have, especially Sonoran, a Santa Fe grande pepper wrapped in bacon, bread was really good though I must say that, didn't come with the typical jalapeño sauce they put on top. For now it cured my craving but next time I'm for sure going to The south side that never disappoints.
