Another dumpy restaurant operated by Hilton. Old and dingy. Even the front main entrance is blocked off. If you like chicken strips and have lots of time to wait for your meal, this is the place for you. I’m switching hotels tomorrow because this hotel is an old converted motor lodge so it was substandard before Hilton acquired it, and Finnegans Pub are not what I expect from Hilton. But, this is what you’ll find nation wide from Hilton now.

$8 cheesecake left me sad. $14 Irish nachos were no better.I don't know which detail to point out as the least pleasant, be it the cheese whiz, the congealed white cheese, or the dried little pieces of pastrami. Regardless, the only saving grace is the service as everyone is always pleasant.It's a shame about the food though.

1/3 plain frozen burger and fries 20$ extremely over priced. Only thing it was walking distance from the hotel. Worst frozen patty burger ive ever eaten not worth the money. You will need time as they are not busy but slow to serve. Paid the guy but never came back. Do not recommend at all.
I come here to Tucson every year and stay close to the Airport and this Jem is a rock solid place to eat and enjoy a brew. When busy, service may slow, but they are always nice. The food is very good quality for a hotel pub. There is nothing better within 25 minutes, from my experience. ?

Food was good. I ordered a dinner meal to go. Turkey club held up pretty good. I got stuck doing something and couldn't eat ot right away. Bread wasn't soggy.Went back for breakfast the next day. I had a choice of something of the menu or buffet. The menu prices were lower then what I'm use to back home so I didn't stop to ask what the buffet costed. I was told I could sit anywhere. I saw a large both open and it was just myself. Sure smaller tables were open but they were piled with dirty dishes waiting to be cleared. I got a plate filled it. Set it on the table got coffee and look around and the only silverware I could find was spoons for cereal and napkins were nowhere to be seen. Went back and started eating with a spoon. Someone only came up to me to hand me the bill. Literally the only interaction I got from the hostess and the only time she came near me. Like I had the plague or something. What was even worse buffet was $21.99 +$1.99 tax. Buffet and service not even worth it. Next time I'm in Tucson I know where not to go , even if it's next to where I'm staying.

45 MINUTES for a basic Reuben?? WHY? I WAS 1 OF 3 PEOPLE, one of whom was already eating! And it was $20??? I was hoping it'd be an incredible sandwich. This thing was TINY!!! Their cook MUST be high. Oh but they have lacquered tables, like WOW ATMOSPHERE... I was taken advantage of. The world is a better place when Finnegan's closes. $10 chips and salsa??? gtfo.
