Went with a coworker on break. Pretty expensive but they do load up the sandwich! It even looked appetizing. But the bread was pretty moist. I'm assuming from the vegetables. Either way it wasn't so appealing.

Went here last nightWasn’t even greeted or a simple welcome in. Young man at the counter when I approached said what do you want I gave my order and he said anything else and I said yeah I have a phone number with you guys. Can I put that in I have a free sub and he said with an annoyed look on his face ,hit the X button on pin pad and I said oh sorry, no it’s OK or don’t apologize just said hit the button. I did that and still no offer getting my sub discounted. I said I have a free sub and he said it’s not showing up and I said it’s in my rewards isn’t that how I do it and I said it’s in the app I’ve always been able to do that. He’s like no you haven’t. It’s never worked that way, I’ve been a loyal fan of Firehouse Subs and now I’ve been able to redeem it through my app in store and therefore I will never go this location again. Management might may want to read their most recent reviews because all are one star and negative.

I dislike going here not because the food isn’t good, it’s good, but because their customer service skills are terrible.It’s as if they don’t want to work there or are hired because they’re competent for the positions they occupy but that’s where their skillset lies for that position behind the counter.Some of them don’t have the necessary greeting skills or questioning skills to find out if I placed an order online or if I’m there to place an order. I usually have to initiate the conversation to see if they can sell me some of their products.Usually the morning and afternoon crews are the one’s who’ve I’ve experienced this with, I can’t speak to the evening crew.They really need a lot of training on what good customer service skills looks like and what bad customer service skills look like.To summarize, the food is good but the customer service area for the team could use room for improvement.

Update: The manager called me and made things right. Back on my top list of regular places to eat. Glad they were able to give me a good resolution. Very professional and courteous. Will be coming back soon.
We were the only 1 that had ordered still had to wait 15 plus minutes for our food...very sad never coming back drove over 35 minutes to get here, to have fire house sub....Nothing like we have in NV.... Disgrace to the store and fire department...Now they just made my sandwich and then some else, then my wife has to wait...then they send email saying there sorry and let them try again.....Bit they never answer email....
