Come on, It's Firehouse Subs!! How can you not like it. This store is pretty special because food is consistently great, and the elderly lady at the counter who rings you up will remember your name if you eat there enough.
Very clean. The staff wiped tables quickly and regularly. About every 20 min. Someone spilled a bit of drink and self cleaned with napkins. The staff got right on it, mopping the spot. The food was amazing. The hook and ladder salad was excellent. Very good food, friendly service. Pricing is a little steep, but still good. They have neat Coke Freestyle with over 100 flavors. Like these things a lot. Now for the bad. Fruit fly infested. All around the soda machine, around your food. Probably all over the food prep line. Doubtful the employees working there are oblivious to this, noticed it within 5 minutes of being there. Just call a pest control company, probably the one they have on contract and this dealt with. Easily be 5 stars if wasn’t for fruit flies all over.

Great food and service make a good combination. Although the entire staff is great, I must say that Alexie has a smile so bright that if the lights went out, no one would notice.

Eat here frequently, decided to try the soup and mac and cheese. The potato soup had 3 potatoes in it, i ask if its suppose to have potatoes and they said its hit and miss what you get. The mac and cheese was dry, like they didnt stir it before serving it. The sandwich was excellent as usual. Guess I'll keep sticking to the chips.
