Sup par food at prices that aren't relative to the quality one receives.On my visit the place was a bit untidy. Bread is hard and wasn't fresh. Toppings aren't even the greatest at my stop.It is worth the time to find YOUR own local sandwich place and patronize them. They staff is always appreciative at mom and pops, where the corporate hires and doesn't care about service.My 2¢

The older store manager or owner need to learn how to talk with his employees. They had a female employee come in and he started with negative feedback on everything she did wrong the might before. Don't dress down you employees where customs can hear. I don't want to hear about unclean male bathrooms with pee in the toilet while eating.Clearly he need some talk time with HR

Thought ordering for dinner would be a nice treat for the family. The order didn't come out at the expected "ready" time. Waited a little longer and watched as literally every other person in the restaurant ordered, ate, and left. We were literally the only people inside and it was 15 minutes after our food should have been done. We were told it would be up next. Instead, 2 Doordash orders were made and called out and another 20 minutes passed. Finally after waiting for 40 minutes past the due time I asked about cancelling my order so that I could go somewhere else. The female behind the counter then rolled her eyes at me as the male employee beside her said "It was just ordered at 6:40." I then corrected him and told him that I had ordered at 6:12 and it was supposed to be ready at 6:35 and it was now after 7. Service at this location is not what it was when this location opened. It was very frustrating and ruined our evening.

I've ordered from fire house for years.. I've also traveled thru many states and are at firehouse however this firehouse has been the rudest I've delt with ! I've ordered online mainly since moving to Tucson however it doesn't give me the option to add sorencon sauce ! I've even called after placing my $60 orders each time to ask them nicely to please please place the sauce in my bag ! They would assure me each time it would however my sandwiches would be wrong and sauce is never in bag!!!! Tonight after receiving the 4th order with no sauce I went up there just to get the sauce myself and of course they had an attitude about it! My thing is this if you aren't gonna do something make it be known however don't lie and purposely not put sauce in a customers order over and over again especially when they spend $69 3 times a week at your location! I'll try subway or another sub joint like EGGEES or something from this point ! Atleast it's cheaper customer service is better and your order is right !!! Also other sub places don't mind giving their sauce ....

They had free subs today for people whose name started with Ch. Of course I took advantage of the offer and got the turkey, bacon, ranch. I'm glad it was free because it was basically all bread. The amount of meat was so stingy I couldn't even taste it. The young cashier was extremely friendly and didn't check that my name really did start with Ch. I will not be back.
