Horrible service! If you're Picking up orders through Uber eats at this place anticipate to wait at least thirty minutes for two rolls... absolutely ridiculous and no sense of urgency! Thirty minutes for two rolls.... No to mention theirs hardly any customers in the establishment. Dark and dingy inside.

Could've just left out the spicy Mayo if you didn't have any, I just got a side of puro mayo to go with my teriyaki chicken thank you so much!!!

3rd time in a row ordered their Kailua Hawaiian food menu and they didn't give us our sauces, the pork is dry and hardly edible. The macaroni salad is just boiled macaroni pasta and nothing else, just dry pasta. This place is terrible especially for the price. Do not order Hawaiian food from this place. Honestly anything else I've ordered from here is not very good. I'm super disappointed. I'm low on money and hungry and now I have to figure out something else to eat after ordering this over priced trash for food. They aren't answering their phone for me to even tell them they didn't give me sauce. It's the 3rd time they've done this. The first time we ordered from there was ok but ever since then it's been awful. I told my gf not to order from here but she insisted cuz she's a good person and sees the best in people. I'm really pissed, trying my best not to curse on here tbh.

Worst Sushi I've ever eaten.Wait 1 1/2 hours .Also when waiting for my Sushi asked to wait outsideReally really ...My husband and I have traveled alot and have never had an experience like this....Should have been compensated with a discount or compensations of an extra roll.For what we got for what paid.Very unexpecteible.Will never return .

We walked in at approximately 5:50 pm and ordered 3 different rolls to go. We were told the order would be ready in 15 minutes. Ok, we happily paid and waited and waited and yes! Waited longer. We were standing inside after an hour of waiting when the manager asked us to wait outside the restaurant. Wow! They were so behind on their orders that they had to get people to wait outside!Finally after an hour and a half the order was brought to us. Let me tell you this was the most expensive horrible sushi I’ve ever had! Never again!!

I have eaten here as a diner and its mid sushi for way overpriced. The real issue is coming here as a delivery driver. Fuku operates about 5-10 ghost kitchens out of their one kitchen and so every.single.order. takes a minimum of 20 minutes to pick up. Because they have a bunch of fake restaurants in one location you can't even avoid picking up orders there because they'll just make another one. Chingon Tacos and Misaki Sushi and Hana Hawaiian are all Fuku Fronts. Avoid on any level and spend your money and time on something worth it.

I brought my two young rambunctious children with me for lunch, and the staff were very nice and accommodating. We had a tuna roll, Philly roll, Stop Drop & Roll roll, and popcorn chicken. Very satisfying meal. It was a bit pricey, but it was still decent sushi and a very thoughtful presentation!

disgusting. Which is sad because I used to really like this place and order from it consistently. But lately the food is just awful. I’ve attached photos of a Vegas roll I just got today. Like 5 minutes ago. Not even fried but has a weird “undone” appearance to it. I didn’t even eat it because it looks like I’ll get food poisoning. Never ordering from this place again. I’ve ordered this type of roll, this exact type before, but this has to be the worst I’ve ever seen it. It doesn’t even look done. And the rice looks oddly mushy. Disappointed I wasted money on this.

I swear they only start making the delivery orders 10 min after the driver arri es for pick up. The worst when it comes to wait times!! And how many restaurants can 1 place actually claim to be?!

Celebrating my grandsons 15th birthday and he asked for Sushi. Well,we got lucky with Fuku sushi and the food was good. Just one minor detail was missed,no vegetables on the teriyaki chicken bowl was requested and ignored. I wish my grandson that ordered it would have spoken up at the time.
