The German Food Station is @the farmer's market in Green Valley every Wednesday from October thru April. Their menu is limited, but they offer sehr gut (very good). Andrea & her husband, Max, transplanted von Deutschland (from Germany). He does the cooking & she does the order-taking & serving. A German butcher makes all of their items, from their own recipes. If you want a legit bratwurst, eat here. I had the spicy paprika brat with kraut and German mustard. It was spot on. It’s the kind of “good” that you’ll keep thinking about days ahead. Absolutely delicious.
