The food is good, just good. Strongly flavored scallops over powered the beef, but the veggies were great. Generals chicken was not the crispy kind and sauce was tasty but not that spicy. ?️ Others might like it but I will make this a one-time visit. Nice staff, though.

Horrible!Hot and Sout soup was merely egg drop soup with a handful of peppers.Ordered Beef and Scallops. Managed to find 2.5 scallops. Essentially Broccoli Beef with a lot of water chestnuts.Brought this to the attention of the waiter and chef who suddenly forgot how to speak English, but insisted there were “four.” I assume they meant scallops?Sad, really.Zero atmosphere. Dingy surroundings and a pile of trash cardboard boxes piled against the wall in the dining room…Seriously?I will never go here again. Panda Express has better Chinese food, honestly.

Hadn’t been in years — and this restaurant has been here for years and years! My parents loved this place; they first brought me here back in the 1990s whenever I came home to visit. Perhaps feeling a bit of nostalgia, I decided it was time for a return. In brief, this is your stereotypical 1970s/1980s Americanized Chinese food restaurant. The kind where they likely use cornstarch to thicken the sauces. The menu is ideally suited for folks of my parents’ culture, perfect for lunch after church on Sundays or the ladies’ social group luncheon. It’s good, tasty, and they have lunch specials. You’ll find your Cachew Chicken, Almond Chicken, Beef With Broccoli, etc, served with steamed or fried rice and a small bowl of egg drop or hot & sour soup. The eggroll used to be included but is now an extra.Today I ordered from the lunch specials. Beef in Oyster Sauce, hot & sour soup, fried rice, added the egg roll. The Beef in Oyster Sauce was tasty, but the bamboo shoots and mushrooms in the dish tasted and had the consistency of canned goods. The fried rice was plain, light brown colored, and didn’t have a fried texture as if it had been subsequently steamed.Service is efficient, you won’t wait long for your meal. The tables and table service are clean, but as you look around you’ll see surfaces that need a good spring cleaning: greasy smudges on the windows and plastic card holders, etc. Also, lots of clutter & empty boxes around the dining area entrance that need to be moved out of their diners’ sight. I understand they’re used for take out, but they make the place look a mess for dine-in customers. The decor has that 70s/80s feel that defines the ambiance, sets the mood.Would I return? Well certainly, it’s a nice family run place, the food is good and reasonably priced.

The worst Sesame Chicken I have ever had. Very Dry and chewing. The rice was hard.

The food was hot and fresh. No Rangoon available. Menu is very extensive and too much to read. I ordered a $9.99 plate and wasn't offered the soup or egg roll that the menu stated came with the meal. I got the bill and was charged $13.99... I drank water.

Good food and quick service. We order sliced pork, chicken chow mein, egg rolls, BBQ egg foo yung, and moo goo chicken. Everything was delicious I'd recommend them but go early by 5 pm the restaurant was filling up with customers

Order general Tso's chicken for take out. What I got was at best a bland chicken teriyaki. Though really mostly tasted if chicken broth with a little soy sauce and a tiny amount of pepper. Very

Nice option if looking for change. Try not to be disuaded by the outdated-delapidated decor and lack of personality from the servers. The sesame chicken is delish. I would go back again.

First time customer and ordered 2 lunch specials to go. I had the Sweet & Sour Chicken which came with fried rice and egg drop soup. There was a TON of orange sauce in my to go container and spilled all inside the bag. Maybe the cook accidentally poured a little bit too much while making my lunch but next time I would ask for easy sauce. The fried rice was plain, I like a good loaded fried rice but this one was only brown from the soy sauce. Nothing special but it was ok. The egg drop soup was actually good, it had pieces of bamboo shoots which gave it a nice little crunch.2nd order was Chicken low mein. Again with the heavy sauce, there was lots of soy sauce sitting under the chicken low mein. It was good though, I had tried it since this was my son's order. He liked the plain fried rice because he's not a big fan of lots of veggies.I'd try it again but next time dining in. Service was fast, under the estimated 15 minutes they gave me when I placed my order ?.Parking: It was raining and there wasn't many other people there.
