It was late at night when we came in and they were going to close in 35 minutes but they were still super friendly. They made us tableside salsa and guacamole. Everything was delicious and I loved the server. I highly recommend this place.

We met some friends at Guadalajara and I wish I could say it was a good experience. The food was really good once, we got it at least. We were seated as soon as we arrived and about 15 minutes later a woman came by and made us salsa. That was nice and the salsa was good. We then sat there for 45 minutes waiting for our waiter. We got the attention of a female waiter and she said she would get our waiter and then did not. We waited a little while longer and still no one came to our table. When we were getting up to leave the restaurant, that same woman came back and said she was our waitress and didn't realize that we were one of her tables. We quickly got our food after that but it was too little too late. The food was really good, I just wish the service and our experience had been too. I do not think we will be eating at Guadalajara again or recommending it to others.Parking: Guadalajara has its own parking lot with a lot of free parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: This is a kid friendly establishment. There were a lot of families at the restaurant.

Really liked this place initially but the issue came for me when the lady making the salsa asked us if we’d like guacamole also. We were not informed this would be an 11.45 cent charge to have two avocados mashed in front of us with seasonings.I have no qualms with service or atmosphere but how can you expect someone not to feel cheated when you come saying you’ll make them salsa and guacamole and throw an additional charge on them sneakily after? Just feels like a completely dishonest business model that left a sour taste in our mouths. For that I’d recommend anyone going here to watch your bill carefully although you’d assume it’s not something you’d have to do, you do.
