Roman is amazing!!! Always a delight, always has a smile on his face and always greets my daughter with a free cookie. A true example of exemplary customer service.The new manager however, I would avoid her energy, her lack of enthusiasm and her lack of generosity. A bleak experience when she is there AND she does not offer cookies. What a drastic contrast to my other favorite employee mentioned. Really puts a damper on the place where I typically would recommend to others to take a visit...now not so much. A food experience is a combination of the energy you're met with AND quality of food. I would take neither for granted and only recommend this place when Roman and other employees like him are there.

Great cookies. Love the double chocolate chunk in classic. The prices are ok and you can definitely find cheaper cookies, however the verity of choices here is great. It's open till late so you can satisfy your late night sweet cravings. And they also have vegan options here... Recommend if you want great cookies with great quality.

Marty did a fantastic job packaging and following the instructions in the notes of my online order.The gluten free cookie is separately packaged to protect it, and we got the exact FF7 sleeve image we wanted and all the other cookies were correct too of course.Thank you Marty for such a great customer experience.

I have had issues with this Insomnia store in the past and was hesitant to try them again. I placed 2 orders back to back on their website, one was delivered and the other seemed to have been lost. I have to give a huge shout out to Leneicia who went above and beyond to find out where the missing second order was and get a replacement one out immediately. She was attentive and professional, showing the very best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I myself am a business owner and I know how hard it is to find hard working people. Leneicia is one of the good ones and I couldn't say enough positive things about her! Thank you for bringing back pride to the workplace!

I ordered half dozen cookies as a little thank you for a friend. They arrived within 30 minutes and they were still warm! She said they were delicious. It was just what I wanted.

I order they grub hub and the rude delivery driver was 20 mins late. I order ice cream and it was melted and cookies were cold. I call restaurant and employee was nice enough to let me know if I don't get order, he will resend it thru restaurant. I ended up getting my order so did not need it but it gave me a sense of relief that I was still going to get my order bcuz I thought Grubhub delivery person stole my food.
