Not a fan. Men's restroom was locked with someone in there for almost 45 min and several were waiting. Turned out to be an employee who was on his cell phone. I guess they can't be on their phones so he hid in the bathroom. Putting customers out. Won't go there again.

*Update* everything is still horrible here as expected, but now the customer service is unbelievably worse. The short Hispanic girl in drive through was too busy trying to upsell everything on the menu and missed half the order, and then got really aggressive and argumentative after I pointed it out.
It's always good. But the shake machine is never down. Thank you.

This Jack in the Box has the most pleasant, hospitable staff I've ever come across in all of my years of eating at a JitB. The food is still just typical fast food, but it is delivered and ordered from a really kind and courteous staff. Ridiculously nice staff.
