This is my first time here, literally so disappointing. Waited over 25+ minutes after the pick up time via mobile order. When I came at the designated time, they hadn’t even started the order; grabbed a long line of receipts of what seem to also be mobile orders and told me to wait. Walked in 20 minutes later for it to still not be ready. It’s just frustrating and they don’t seem to care about the inconvenience. That’s the whole point of the mobile order to get in and out as soon as possible. I was given the recommendation being told the quality was so much better, I didn’t even get greeted through the door. Maybe I’m just hungry and annoyed. Not coming back regardless.

I absolutely LOVE their tuna and the Philly cheese steak!
Horrible service, and the intelligence of the 2 girls working blows my mind they even have a job. One of the workers walked away in the middle of making my sub, started using the register and never changed her gloves after using it, and still didn’t return to finish my sub and then I watched a fly land on it, that was enough for me and had to walk out and get food from pot belly where the service, food and conduct of them was much better. The owner should find some new employees that actually have intelligence, work ethics and actually care about the customers.
