I walked in ready to get my normal sandwich. I've gotten the same sandwich enough times to notice how different workers make it compared to each other. today, however, something happened. i don't know if it was the eclipse or if this boy was raised by jimmy john himself, but i don't think i will ever have a sandwich like the one he made today. i just knew when this fine hunk of a man took my order and started making my sandwich, i was in for something more. as i started to unfold the wrapped buns of italy, it almost felt like God was watching. i took my first bite and nearly choked from not wanting to swallow, as the texture was so marvelously perfect. "this is it!" i say to myself, quietly. this is the BEST sandwich yet. i don't know how his rough, manly, strong hands handled the bread with such love and care, but that loaf was so soft, yet had the familiar toasted top. the meat was laid deep into the crevice while packed next to a finely amount of lettuce. tomato's were at the bottom, where they should be. the vinaigrette oil did not overpower my sensitive, fragile and delicate lips. it was pure bliss, but now that the moment has ended, im not sure what to do. i can only fear for my next visit, for if i see a different employee working, i may just turn around and walk into oncoming traffic. i don't remember what he looked like, as the heavenly sandwich practically made me higher than when i was laced with fentanyl. i know he wasn't the one who drives a motorcycle, and he was definitely not the one who looks inbred. may i find him again someday, amen.

Never seems like there are other customers when I come here. Fast service. Bread is good. But serving portions on tuna etc n extras are minimal. Seems like your sandwich is 20% downsized

I was charged $18 for a sandwich. I only paid because it seemed rude to not pay after ordering it. Inflation has run this place into unimaginable territory, with small portions for enormous prices. Would not recommend if you want to pay a reasonable price.

Worst customer service and delivery service ever! Corporate and owner customer service are equally as bad. I have never experienced such rude treatment as I did with this store.

That location used to be great but the last few years when I’ve ordered they have been horrible. Either not being on time, taking forever to be delivered or the sandwich is incorrect. I just ordered and thought it was on time it was not what I ordered. I’ve now decided to stop ordering from this location

It’s a solid basic sun. Lots of options. (17 choices of originals and favorites). I did the spicy east coast Italian and it had a good amount of meat. A regular size was a great lunch. A giant would clearly be for two normal people! VictorB

If I could give less I would. The delivery system is a joke took an hour and a half for two sandwiches, and less than half a block. Instead of warning, the customer that they only have one delivery driver an hour and a half later, they would not answer the phone.

My go-to for lunch at least once a week. Staff is mostly always nice, there is a cook there that is great to everyone every single time I go in. Only one or twice have I encountered a very serious/rude employee which I understand when it's busy, but still no need. Food is always on point and they are fast. Good place overall

In between my class I love to visit jimmy john's for a quick bite to eat. All semester the service has been outstanding except for today. When I arrive I was greeted by a nice black haired girl who took my order. When I went to pick up my sandwich a nice lady handed it to me. However the man at the counter next to her wrapping up the sandwiches gave me a disgruntled look. Idk what his problem was but for once I took my sandwich to go. No idea who the manager is but he needs to make sure this employee gets an attitude check.

I know several people who got food poisoning here but I never had any problem, until I pointed out a cleanliness issue to the management and they ignored me and I never got a response, now I know why all my friends got food poisoning here.
When my family brought the sandwich home it was missing the capacola. A Vito sandwich is supposed to have that along with salami, provolone cheese, tomato, lettuce, onion and oil, and vinegar. They did not even say that they were out of the capacola. Supposedly the sandwiches were on special, but eliminating an item from the sandwich does not make it a special deal. If this is how it is going to be then I am not going to order there in the future.
