Stopped in for lunch and picked up a wrap and a drink. Total was close to $15 which seems absurd. The food wasn't very flavorful at all and the iced tea was from the day before and cloudy and old tasting, which seems odd during a lunch time visit.Service was poor at best. Try to upsell of course but the register girl lacked eye contact and apparently the ability to smile. I don't mind mediocre food, but teamed up with the poor customer service is unacceptable.I try the corporate monsters and am never happy with the results. Corporations and their employees don't care, whereas mom and pop brick and mortar locations kill with kindness as their livelihood depends on your return patronage.My 2¢Wheelchair accessibility: This is a wheelchair accessible business.

Perfect example of price gouging. My first time at a Jimmy John's in a year. $12 for a regular sandwich. $1.29 more for cheese? Wow. Get a drink and a bag of chips and it's $20. Getting a bit ridiculous if you ask me.

While the store was clean and the cashier was great and attentive and very fast, however it took more than 8 minutes to get a sandwich with no one else in the store. My sister ordered right after me and after 10 minutes after ordering she went up to check and the girl hadn't even started making it yet. The girl who's making the sandwich was horrendously slow or just not wanting to make the sandwiches. Was very disappointed at the service of getting the sandwiches made. Usually there's so much better but the sandwich maker was horrible on 7/26 at 6 pm

Walk in girl making my lunch has a attitude maybe she dont like working !! But Went in for a turkey tom sandwich came out with bread Lettuce and cheese was charged16 dollars for that won't be going back at all I'll stick to jersey mikes !!! Manger says they weigh there meats ! Never have I ever went to a Jimmy John and got just bread Lettuce and cheese ! I have a picture to prove it ! If you don't like your JOB maybe Quit instead you stay to give customers ugly looks maybe for your own Insecurities!! Horrible service !!

Slowest workers I have ever dealt with. Will never return to this location. No sense of urgency or cares with these two male workers. Trash all over the kitchens floor. Long hair not in nets and beards need nets to. Gross and I doubt the Franchise Owner cares what his store or employees look like.

Freaky, but not fast, as their motto goes. Ordered from here, and it took over an hour to make two sandwiches. No one was dining in and the pick up stand was empty so I'm unsure of why it took so long. Sandwiches tasted alright. It's Jimmy John's.

Stopped here in Jan 2023 on a trip. Really great staff and food was excellent. I would go out of my way to visit again on my next trip. Very positive experience.Vegetarian options: Good veggie option.

First and last time to have Jimmy Johns. Bad service and food. The guy at the counter just stared at us, never said hello or asked how he can help. We asked for the combo which is 11.99 and he charged us for everything separately, the drink and chips and sandwich. We payed $7 more than we would have if he would have charged us as combos. We didn’t notice until after we payed. My sandwich was suppose to have avocado and it did not have any avocado.. my moms was suppose to have Dijon mustard, that was also missing on her sandwich. I would go to the counter to ask for napkins and jalapeños and both times I got up to ask for these they seemed bothered and would just stare and never asked how they could help. Horrible horrible service and the most tasteless and expensive sandwich ever.

The staff here is really nice. They are quick to make food and are very clean. I also like that they have a little resource board in the back. I thought it was a nice touch

I order a CHICKEN Caesar Wrap today and it arrived with no chicken, I called to inform them of this and was told that they would exchange(?) the sandwiches. I clarified that they wanted the chicken-less wrap back (to prove I didn't pick off the chicken?) and was told yes. I promised to wrap it back up to the best of my ability. When the driver called he again mentioned the chicken-less wrap needed to be returned to him, I told him I had it ready. When I went down to meet him I asked if there was a new manager and was informed that yes, there was, a new manager and owner. That explains it then, I've had sandwiches delivered to the wrong place (where I work, there are multiple businesses on the same property), take longer than expected (pre COVID), and after the scheduled time, never have I had any problem getting a credit or compensation of some kind. NEVER, at any restaurant, have I had to prove I was missing an essential part of the actual meal. It's in the name for Pete's sake! The driver was great though!

I walked in , smiled and said hi to the guy, no one else in the restaurant . He looked at me and sd you ready to order. I made a point of saying hi again. He said ,you ready to order. I said uhmm no, I think I'll go somewhere else. Great customer service NOT!!
