3/1/24 4:34pmDelivery driver (Black Kia Soul) entered the store, clocked in at front register, and immediately started serving customers. This gentleman did not wash his hands at all. Before he served me my bread he asked a female behind him did he need to wear gloves, and the woman stated he did not as long as he grabs the paper bag. You're required to wash your hands before serving customers.

This must be the worst-managed Jimmy John’s of all time. After multiple awful experiences with this store, I’ll never order from a Jimmy John’s again.Orders take more than an hour to be delivered. Deliveries are marked “complete” way before they’re delivered. The store hangs up on customers when they call inquiring about orders. The staff is rude and unhelpful even in person.

I ordered the vito twice on separate weeks and both times I got severe food poisoning. I call the shop asked for the manager and let them know and she told me to call back Monday when the shop manager was in. She wasn't going to write a note for them until I said I wanted them too and said none else has said anything. I used to be a manager, I said I didn't want compensation and wanted to make sure it wasn't a more serious issue. Very disappointed in the shift lead

Jimmy John's usually tastes pretty good but the prices are too high. I'm gonna stop going here because of the prices.

It seems like they’ve hired the most inept sandwich makers who are then managed by the least customer-centric supervisors. If Franz Kafka was a franchisee of Jimmy John’s, this would be his store. They were unable to get the most basic order completed as requested, and when I called the store, the manager essentially said that my business was unimportant. It’s a dramatic swing of the pendulum from when they were begging for business a couple of years ago.I know it’s just a sandwich, but seriously, try a little harder so it at least seems like you care about what you do

Dropped in for a sandwich. It had a reasonable amount of filling. Staff was friendly. Washrooms have coded locks. Neighborhood is inner city.Parking: Parking in front and beside building.Wheelchair accessibility: All flat surfaces, normal door.

I used to order Jimmy John's all the time and I used to be surprised at the quality of the food and the super fast delivery. Lately it has all gone downhill. Many of my more recent deliveries have taken around an hour to arrive and a few orders have been wrong. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered 2 sandwiches and after about 40 minutes I finally got the alert that my order was out for delivery. I am exactly one mile away from the store yet another 25 minutes passed and still no delivery. At this point I called the store to inquire about my order and just received a list of excuses. I even asked if they ditched their "freaky fast" motto and was told that's for in store service. Ummmm not according to your commercials that say "freaky fast delivery". Try again. Anyway, another five minutes later my delivery finally came, and it was wrong. Again. I'm really curious how one can make a chicken Caesar wrap and forget the Caesar dressing! How? I paid $33 and waited over an hour for a dry and flavorless wrap. Last time I will ever order from Jimmy John's.

Let me start by saying the total on my order was $64 and change. Ordered online and ordered 3 Roast Beef Sandwiches, 3 Coca Colas and Pickles, (when did pickles become a side item and no longer a garnish)? Anyway pick up the food and asked if we could have some ice for the drinks (It's 111 degrees outside) and the person behind the counter told us we could go down the street and buy ice at Walgreens if we wanted ice, like seriously?!?! Got home opened up the poor excuse for a sandwich with 1 and a half slices of roast beef and a light sprinkle of lettuce, literally all bread. For $64.00. The staff was rude and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth .They could launch a whole new series of wheres the beef commercials about Jimmy John's. Horrible from the word go.

Ordered 3 sandwiches to go and had to bag them myself. Customer service needs some work.

I started to go to Jimmy Johns because Subway was making skimpy sandwiches. Now Jimmy is no better, they use to put a sufficient amount of cold cuts on their sandwiches. Not any more. Not only that the staff must have cotton in their ears or they were trying to gaslight me. Yet another example of how America is going downhill. Greedy corporate corruption.Parking: You can park right in front.

The tuna fish sandwich was made sloppy, and had a terrible after taste.

It's just JJ's. That's all the same. It's the folks in the store that make the difference. Swan and Grant in Tucson...great people making your food. ???
