Went in today for a Cubano got the smallest sandwich I've ever seen in my life I would not shop at this location when I called to talk to the manager he basically told me if I didn't like it too bad bad Business bad manager bad Sandwich I won't be visiting Jimmy John's anymore.

I eat from this location ALL the time. As I write this I’m STILL waiting for my order to be delivered.. ordered about 28 minutes ago on a 30 minute lunch.. called and talked to Becca and she was rude and not sympathetic and offered no recourse for this lateness. Terrible manager and def won’t be ordering from here again.Edit: 35 minutes after ordering driver finally arrived with a terrible attitude.she went to the wrong address and had the audacity to blame me! Tipped her $2 still and she didn’t even say thank you! I wish I could take that back as her shxtty attitude wasn’t even worth the $2. What a terrible representation of Jimmy John’s that both this driver and manager are. You can Do better Jimmy John’s.

We ordered to go.i didn't rate service or atmosphere because I didn't go into the store. Very disappointed first when it was $35 for 2 sandwiches (little jonns)1 bag of chips 1 cookie and a 1 drink. And I might have felt differently if the food had been really good but it was only ok but not 35$ worth. I remembered it much better but it was awhile ago and I won't be going back anytime soon. Very disappointed!

Got charged for water and asked for a receipt cause I didn’t feel it was correct. Little guy at the counter would not give me it and said I’ll just have to wait to get it off my sandwich.

Not worth $15 for one sandwich! One skinny slice of turkey 2 skinny 4 inch strips of bacon gross iceberg lettuce 2 slices of tomato and some cucumber. The whole thing was a gagger and not worth the money can get a better sandwich at circle k!

Went in for a Roast beef sandwich. Got an 18" and a small lemonade for 20.00. The bread was very hard. Like 3 day old bread.The workers have absolutely no customer service skills.Ridiculous quality for the price!!! Too far away to go back out in the heat to return it.Never again. Ya got me once.
