I placed an online order cause I was feeling sick just wanted to pick it up. Got there 14 min after the time I was supposed to. Literally just to make sure it would be ready. Order was not ready at all. Only 1 customer at that time. They started when I ask for it. And after they had it done. They left it on the side for over 10 min. Today I can say was another great customer service experience! Eileen ( if that’s the appropriate spelling) the manager for the evening was excellent. My order was misunderstood and I had to drive back expecting that the employees were gonna question me like all the other fast food places do when they make a mistake on an order.Not here! Worst KFC I've ever been in.The counter was a mess.The drink fountain was broken, no crispy chicken, no cole slaw, no honey.The kind cashier, Cecil, is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. He was very apologetic and accommodating trying to offer me replacements or a refund. Poor kid doing the best he can with what he has to work with.Cecil, if you're reading this, get a job somewhere else! That place will drag you down!
