Restrooms are clean and the location is very busy with online orders. Staff is friendly despite demanding customers. I work in customer service and I noticed all the staff during the evening shift worked together as a team during my visit.
Got home with our meal, and had spread for biscuits, but no biscuits. Ridiculous. Hadn't had KFC for a long time, and it will even be longer before I go back. Chicken didn't seem like it was cooked fully

I've been to this location many times. Usually hit or miss, but the night of 4-8-2024 has me LIVID. The pick up was supposed to be ready at 7:30. I walked out at 8:00. The person seeming to be manager (Hispanic male) was more concerned with 5 orders that walked in after me, his subordinate girlfriend and his fentanyl buddies. To top off the ridiculous wait time, the order was FUBAR. Pill heads should be euthanized
