New food truck to me and suprised they only had 2 Yelp reviews. The service is fast and friendly. I got an order of Birria tacos. The tacos were good, but could have had more complex flavors in the meat. The presentation with the extras like cucumber was great. Definitely cheerimg for this small business.
I had the pleasure of attending the soft opening of Cocina Mexicana La Cocina y Antojos, a delightful food truck that truly is a culinary gem. The lunch menu was a celebration of authentic Mexican flavors, with my choice being the Tacos de Tinga. The tacos were superb - succulent shredded chicken, lovingly seasoned, cocooned in soft corn tortillas. Omg this was sooo good! First time trying out this food truck and we were licking our fingers We tried the Quesabirria pizza, quesabirria tacos and the cucumber lemonade. Everything was very flavorful, the red salsa was spicy, and it was filling. We will definitely be back for more.
