Food was good, service was top notch. The building and furniture are very dirty and falling apart. Holes in walls, ceiling tiles are broken and dirty. It is like no one cares

If you are looking for something different than the local Sonoran or Tex-Mex flavors, then you should check out La Parrilla Suiza. They bring the flavors of Mexico City to Tucson Arizona. Great selection, people, and prices. The meal in the picture is their Platillo Mixto con Bistek (No. 16), which has two beef corn tortilla tacos with melted cheese, chorizo, and avocado. Request a table near their open kitchen to have a dinner and a show!

Like the parking in back with easy access. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. Server was excellent and seated near open kitchen. They actually make the tortillas to order- right there.Chips and salsa were exceptional. The food Devine with large portions.Note: went around 11:30 and started getting full for lunch crowdParking: I would guess 30 spots in lot that would fill up fast during busy hours.Wheelchair accessibility: Comfortably Accessable for an established SW restaurant with small town feel.

DON'T eat here. My mom got food poisoning from chicken fajitas. I was going to mention the limited menu options but there is no point given the fact that they serve food that makes people ill.

We got take-out from here last night on the recommendation of a friend who said that the Chicken Tortilla Soup was very good. It was really disappointing, mostly flavorless broth, with very little chicken or anything else. In fact it was one of the worst Chicken Tortilla soups that I have ever had. We also ordered tacos which were very mediocre. The food did not seem at all like Mexico City style which is their big claim to fame. We tried this place about ten years ago and didn't like it then but thought we would give it another try. We will not ever come here again.

Pretty darn slow service - forgotten orders. Taco salad was maybe a 2/10. I had heard good things so maybe it was a bad night ?

This used to be my family's favorite place to eat. We have been going for over 20 years. I do not want to go anymore. Every aspect of the restaurant is bad now.The food is very expensive for what you get. The burrito plate is like 12 dollars for just the burrito and crappy rice with overly processed beans. Literally there is nothing in the burrito just steak... So I had to order something like sour cream to go with it which was another 2 dollars. Plus a drink which is 2.50. So now my meal is 16.50 pre tax and top for just a burrito. Very expensive...The staff is not friendly anymore. The reateraunt used to a have a cheery family atmosphere now it seems like everyone there hates their job. We got there at 11:10 am. Which is 10 minutes after opening. The doors were locked and a guy came to unlock them with the nastiest look on his face. When we were seated there was no silverware and the hostess explained that they were not ready with an attitude and hint that we shouldn't be there...R.I.P. La Parrilla I had some good times there.

I went to eat her a few weeks ago with my family. My wife is originally from Tucson and has been talking about LPS since the day I met her and how delicious the food was. She wasn't kidding. The food was delicious and I ended up cleaning up the kid's plates. The service was great. The servers and managers were present and attentive and we didn't wait long for the food. The seating can accommodate even the biggest of families in Tucson and the best part is you can see the hard working chefs making the food right in the middle of the business so it feels authentic and family-oriented. Five stars!

Food was served warm, not hot. Also, vegetarian dishes were as expensive as the meat dishes, pretty pricey. No hot water in bathrooms to wash hands.

Several gals from my office went there for lunch back in mid-December. Yes, we had reservations. We were told that they were short staffed that day, and there might be some slight delays. We understood that....But when the trays of food came out she dropped a plate and left food on the floor for most of our visit. I feel that even if she was busy, she could have sent someone else to clean it up.
