It is very difficult to find vegan ice cream in big cities, much less a small town. I have been working in the ice cream industry for the last two years and I have very high standards. I got the vegan vanilla ice cream (made with oat milk and soy milk) and it was fantastic! It was so light, fluffy, and very vanilla-y, paired very well with my fruity pebbles. It was a beautiful mix as well. I also tried the horchata, the tiramisu, and the jack sparrow. All three were incredible and tasted true to the real thing, especially the tiramisu! I have never had a tiramisu ice cream as delightful as this one. I highly recommend Licks!
