if I can give this place zero stars I would. The absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with at a fast food pizza place. Extremely disrespectful and recommended I go to Papa John's for the order I wanted rather than saying they don't carry certain things. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful would never recommend this place to anybody.

I placed an online order for 5:30. When I got there, I was told it would be an extra 5 minutes, which would have been fine, but it was 30 minutes later before I got my order! The food is not good enough to put up with the delays and rudeness from the employees.

Not sure what has happened at this location recently. For over 12 years I've ordered 2 pizzas on Sunday mornings right when they open at 1030 (for the last few years i enter the order throughthe app at 0830). Usually things go smoothly with only a couple exceptions. The past 2 weeks not only were they not ready, they were not started. I'm told it will take 10-15 minutes to prep, and am served 22 minutes later both times.Guess it's time to fine an alternative.

I placed an online order march 27th 2024 around 6:36pm phoenix time. I arrived at the store at my latest estimated pick up time 7:04pm. I looked to see if my name was on the portal and refreshed the page of order tracking on my phone. My name was not on the portal display and my tracker said my order was in the oven at 5:59. I then waited in my car for 30 minutes. I couldn't help but noticed other customers waiting around with impatience. Now the time is 7:29pm and now I am growing impatience. I went in the store to check the status of my order. There was a customer ahead of me in line, claiming she had placed an online order and it had been too long. I interrupt her and the employees conversation stating I have come in for the same exact reason. This young man informs us that their shift manager had earlier been in confrontation with multiple customers. And that she even called one customer the "n" word and triedto assault said customer. When asked if the manger had been fired he shook his head no and pointed to the back of the store. She was in the back doing I don't know wha, but not working and not helping these two young men with orders or providing any type of customer service. I feel bad for the two young that have to work extra hard and deal with angry customers this night due to the fact that the shift manger is clearly not fit to be a manager. I ordered crazy puffs and breadsticks with sauce online. My breadsticks and crazy puffs had little to no heat left to them (they had been sitting at the store waiting to be boxed and were now cold). It is ridiculous I have to reheat fresh bought food. I had no choice but to throw my food away and go buy food somewhere else. There was no way I was about to go request a refund with that specific shift manager working. I feel bad for the two young men that will be getting the wrath of angry customers do to their manager. I hope this location selects better managers. I will not only never go to that location again I will be less likely to chose little Caesars due to my experience

Even though only wanted 2 hot n ready and 2 breadsticks, still called ahead to make it easier. Went in after 20 minutes and still not ready. One employee screaming at another in the kitchen. The female manager was crying. And only one dude in front actually working!! My order took almost FIFTY MINUTES to be ready! Talk about an absolute cluster F of a business.

I usually come to this location because it’s the closet one to me and I’ve never had an issue but this caught me SO off guard.. my family are eating their slices with slight caution lol.. enforce hair nets maybe?

Had to wait 10mins just to place an order because everyone decides to hangout in the back and after getting someone’s attention, you could tell they didn’t wanna be stuck up front and then after that, cashier must have forgot to place my order cause after 40mins of coming in n out checking , finally was asked for the order just to find out the chick didn’t place it
